"If I meet them once, they'll never see me again.

If they reappear in my life, they are meant to be in it.

If I see them a third time, they belong to me."

Ava watched as her phone was about to die.

The sun was already setting on the horizon of the forsaken beach. The beach was not much the public knew because it was isolated.

The water and smell calmed her, especially after her angry episode at the station. Retail therapy was her friend. She used her leftover money on groceries for home.

Normally, she was not fond of the ocean as a child, but after Albert's familiar affiliation, she was accustomed to the scent and the sand.

Today, her experience was not as bad as she expected it to be. If anything, from her previous experience, she was pretty well-behaved today. She assumed she'd at least slap someone like any other day, but no one had to endure her hand. And in a way, she was happy she interrupted the sex.

It made her feel evil.

She was breeding vengeful thoughts in her brain to go against any couple she saw.
