I'm new at this guys...so I promise it'll get better as I go along! Comments would really help out though! Thanks for actually taking your time to read this!

To say I was frustrated was the understatement of the century. Packing up my room was like trying to pack all of Dicks Sporting Goods apparel into one box. IMPOSSIBLE.

I had all my shoes, which were in mountains in my closet and all of my clothes, which again could easily cover Mount Everest, in a pile on my floor.

My Aunt had been busy planning my parents funerals when all I had been doing was staying in my room, crying my eyes out until I had no tears left to cry. Ansley had been with me for a good while, just being there when I needed her. Neither of us had really ever lost a family member before.

As I had grown up some of my friends had lost relatives and I had never really thought much about it.

It was much more than a loss though.

A piece of your heart was gone, ripped away like band-aid. You felt like everything in life was just a dull shade, you went through the motions day by day, filled with grief. hoping that when the days passed, the grief would slowly disappear or dull down to a numbing pain in the back of your mind and heart.

"Odette!" My best friend yelled out. It had interrupted my thoughts as it sounded muffled though because she was helping clean out my closet.

"What?" I replied exasperated.

"You'll never guess what I found" she came out smiling mischievously with her arm behind her back. Oh no.

"A million dollars?" I replied sarcastically.

"Nope". She slowly started stepping closer too me as I backed away slowly.

"I wonder" she said. "If this still fits you?" As she suddenly held out the Mickie Mouse bra and thong set she had gotten me for my birthday as a gag gift.

I just gave her a blank look and then we both burst into giggles. My last birthday was the best one yet. We had partied our asses off that night and my parents had gotten me a new car. The best thing though, was having your birthday the day before Halloween. Your party could be costume themed all of the time! As I thought back... Ahh those were good times.

Then I stated to think of my parents again. They're gone forever. You'll never see them again.

I took a deep breathe trying to ignore the pricks behind my eyes. I pushed the thought down and busied myself with organizing my shoes by color code.

Red converse, red orange heels, orange heels, yellow ballet flats, etc. I had way to many shoes to organize. But it took my mind off my parents.

Finally deciding to take a break from packing I stepped outside into the hallway and decided to see what my blue haired brother was up too. Yep. The hair dye hadn't come out yet. See what a great sister I was?

I walked into his room to see him dancing to One Direction in his boxers with his Oakley's on, singing into a hairbrush.

Best.moment.ever.

I silently took out my phone and texted Ansley to get her butt in here so we could both record.

We recorded for a good 2 minutes before we almost got caught. We ran back into my room and did what we did best, embarrassed my levels brother.

Ansley and I ended up posting this video on every social media account we owned and I couldn't wait for his reaction. We had a baseball bat ready just in case I needed it.
