Storybrooke: not the most picturesque, but brimming with mysteries and legends. Every resident is a character from a fairytale.
There's Mary Margaret, known as Snow White, and Regina, also known as the Evil Queen, among others.
Now, Henry's been kidnapped. How? I couldn't care less. This town, it's nothing but a vile cesspool.
My father, Captain Hook, along with Emma, Snow, and Charming, are off to Neverland to rescue Henry.
It's always Henry, the cherished son of everyone. And then there's me, just... existing. Sometimes, I wonder if Hook loves Henry more than he loves me. Who knows.
So, I've concocted a plan. Of course, I'm barred from joining the expedition to Neverland, deemed too dangerous.
But it's not the island itself that concerns me—it's Peter Pan and the Lost Boys.
Yet, who cares? Perhaps Pan will understand my plight. Maybe they'll accept me. Or perhaps, I'll meet my demise.
Regardless, it's worth a shot. What I do know is that I can't continue living like this.
So, my plan is simple: sneak aboard the ship and conceal myself in the storage room until we're far from Storybrooke, then reveal myself.
Under the cover of darkness, I make my way onto the ship. It's around 2 am; no one should witness my boarding. Carefully, I descend the stairs and slip into the storage room, arranging some items to create a hiding spot behind some barrels.
With a sigh, I settle down on my jacket. Thoughts of Neverland fill me with a mixture of fear and excitement.
In just two days, it'll be my 16th birthday. Even if time stands still there, I see my new life as a birthday present.
After some time, exhaustion claims me, and I drift into sleep.
