CHAPTER 1 -ARRIVAL

Evelyn's pov

"Honey are you ready to leave in 5 minutes?" I hear one of the maids asking while I'm upstairs. I tell her I'm coming.

I'm a bit sad my parents aren't here, I wanted to see them. They haven't been home the whole summer, not even to see me.

It confuses me how a house can be so big, but feel so empty.
It doesn't matter how many workers are present, I will always feel lonely if I'm home when my parents aren't.

I grab my favorite Chanel handbag and head to the elevator, once I'm downstairs I face all the maids standing in a line to say goodbye.
They wave me goodbye and I walk trough the front doors, standing next to my bodyguard Charles.

"I will enlighten your father when he gets home he must have missed you, miss."He tells me and I nodd.

I didn't expect any different of him, even though I had a small hope he would keep his promise for once.

The limousine pulls up and Charles opens the door for me as I get in, I take a last look at the house before we ride out of the driveway.

Evelyn's pov

"EVE!" I hear a familiar voice call my name and I smile, my best friend Enzo runs to hug me as I turn around.
"Hey Enz, omg I'm so happy to see you." I say as I look at him, he was actually kinda handsome.
His brown hair fell cute on his face just in front of his big brown eyes, he had a defined jaw and cheekbones and a cheecky smile.

He gasps looking surprised "Did the famous Slytherin princess miss me?!" He asks while sarcastically raising his eyebrows. I laugh in annoyance
"I hate that nickname, where did I even get it from?" I ask him as I sigh, even though I think I might secretly like the name.

"Want me to make a list?" He asks me. I tell him not to, he will for sure mention the times I talked back rudely to Snape or finally put Astoria in her place.
I'm definitely not looking forward to seeing her again, she's a backstabbing cunt.

We meet up with Draco and Theodore as we get in the train.
Almost every compartment is full, luckily we have our own we sit in every year.
I turn my head around the door and I see two people sitting there, Adrian Pucey and his disgusting friend.
They immediately check me out and I'm already getting annoyed.

"Move." I say cold. They look at each other in hesitation not knowing what to do.
"Did I say stand there and look stupid? No, I said move." I say as I stare at them coldly.

They don't have to think twice and get up fast to let us in.

I smile, if it were firstyears sitting here I would have asked nicer, but these guys? Horrible, someone has to put them in their place.

"Damn, she did it again." I hear Blaise his voice while he joins us followed by Jacob and Pansy. The others laugh in agreement.

I run to hug Pansy, I've missed her so much. Everyone starts to talk about their summer and plans for the upcoming year.
I don't add a lot to the conversation but I enjoy being here, the group exactly the same.

I'm happy to be with the people that care about me, I think and I smile at the thought.

I suddenly feel a hand on my thigh, I look to my left and see Theodore.
He acts like nothing is happening and continuous his conversation with Jacob without looking at me.
