You wernt supposed to be anywhere near Val.

He made sure of it, yet there you stood.

Angel immediately put on his robe walking over seeing you talking with Val, looking uncomfortable

"Mm Angel dear, this little darling brought you dinner." He said his voice laced with very clearly fake sweetness, since you were there

You didn't notice however handing Angel his lunch and not seeing the look he gave you to get out

But Val put an arm around your shoulder blocking him from bringing you anywhere else, "sooo doll, tell me do ya' need a job? Cause I can get ya one lickity split" He asked and you nodded no, quickly getting uncomfortable and ducking out of his grip

You ignored the fuming Val behind you and went over to Angel, "so that's your boss huh?" You asked, chuckling nervously

He nodded sadly, "alright you gotta get out of here doll I'll be back later, can't have him finding out about anything. For some reason the asshole takes interest in people like you."

You sighed nodding, "alright I'll see you at the hotel later."

When Angel came through the door you could tell something was wrong, and so you followed him to your guys' shared room

"Whats wrong? What happened after I left?" You asked concerned for him

He sighed, "Val just put me through a lot is all" he said taking his shoes off and other accessories before he turned and picked you up bringing you to the bed and laying his head on your chest, your hands naturally playing with his hair

"He didn't overwork you did he?" You asked and he chuckled. "Of course he did, but don't worry about me doll. I'm feeling better as soon as I'm with ya'" he responded to your question, sounding sleepy

You chuckled, "let's just get some sleep now"

And that's exactly what you did
