The soft patter of my mother's footsteps echoed in the room as she paced back and forth, her agitation palpable. She bit her nail nervously, muttering under her breath about a weakened seal and the dangers it posed if the wrong people were to discover it. Today was the day my aunt was giving birth, and for some reason, my mother seemed particularly anxious about it.I observed her from my spot on the floor, still too young to walk but old enough to understand the tension in the air. Sensing that she needed space to worry in peace, I crawled towards the library. The world outside seemed vast and mysterious, filled with secrets waiting to be unraveled. I was determined to learn more about it.

As I reached the library, I carefully pulled myself up onto a stack of books, scanning the shelves for anything that might offer insight into the world beyond our village, Konoha. The knowledge I possessed was limited to the basics—the five great nations, the different ninja clans, and my own belonging to the Nishigami clan. And as the firstborn daughter of the clan head, there were expectations placed upon me to uphold our family's honor and traditions.

But my thirst for knowledge remained unquenched, and I sifted through scrolls and tomes with determination, absorbing whatever information I could without drawing suspicion. It was a delicate balance—maintaining the facade of an ordinary infant while secretly thirsting for knowledge beyond my years.

The rest of the day passed uneventfully, and as the sun dipped below the horizon, signaling the approach of evening, my father joined us for dinner. My mother's anxiety seemed to have faded, replaced by a sense of contentment as we gathered around the table as a family.

As the ground shook beneath us, my father's playful antics were forgotten, and the air filled with tension once more. My mother's spoon clattered to the ground as she stared out the window in disbelief.

"It can't be," she whispered, her voice barely audible over the roar that filled the air.I followed her gaze, my heart pounding in my chest, and there, looming in the distance, was a massive fox with nine tails. Its presence was overwhelming, and fear gripped me tightly as I clung to my father's clothes for comfort.

With a sense of urgency, my father handed me over to my mother before disappearing into the chaos outside. I watched him go with wide eyes, feeling a pang of fear at the thought of being separated from him. But as my mother turned her attention back to me, her face softened into a smile, and I reached out to touch her cheek, offering what comfort I could in the midst of the chaos.

As my mother rallied the people around us, directing them to safety in the catacombs, I clung to her tightly, feeling the warmth of her embrace. Despite the uncertainty of the situation, I found solace in her presence, knowing that as long as we were together, we could weather any storm. As we made our way towards the safety of the catacombs, I couldn't shake the feeling of dread that gnawed at my insides. The ground continued to tremble beneath our feet, the sound of destruction echoing in the air as the monstrous fox wreaked havoc on our village.

"What do you mean I can't have Naruto?" My mother's voice sliced through the air, carrying the weight of her determination as she stood in the Hokage's office, holding me tightly in her arms. Her expression was a mixture of anger and concern, her eyes fixed fiercely on the Hokage. When we emerged from the catacombs, the Nine-Tailed Fox was no longer within its confines. Rushing back  the village, my mother learned the devastating news: her sister or her sister's husband hadn't survived, but their child had. The Fox had been sealed inside the baby. It was then that my mother made a beeline for the Hokage's office, with me in tow. And here we are.

"Naruto isn't just any child; he's a Jinchuriki and needs to be under careful watch," the Hokage explained calmly, but I could sense the tension in the room. Despite his calm demeanor, something about him made me uneasy.

"He's still a baby! Before he's a Jinchuriki, he's an Uzumaki, and that makes him my responsibility," my mother argued fiercely, refusing to yield.

The Hokage sighed wearily. "Naruto needs to be in a place where he can be protected," he reasoned, attempting to appeal to my mother's sense of logic.

"Are you implying that I'm incapable of protecting him? That the Nishigami clan isn't capable?" My mother's irritation was palpable, her resolve unyielding. "And what if the seal on him breaks? What then?"

"That's precisely why he needs to be surrounded by his own clan. The Eight Trigram Seal is of the Uzumaki clan," mother explained, the hokage moves closer and resting a hand on my mother's shoulder.

"I'm sorry, Kaya, but we cannot take that risk," the Hokage stated firmly.

My mother sighed in defeat, making her way to the door. But before she left, she turned back to the Hokage, her gaze ablaze with determination. "If anything happens to that boy, I will hold you accountable," she warned, her words hanging heavy in the air as she exited the room.
