Introduction-
I just wanted to say before the story starts- thank you so so much for reading! <3 This is my first Wattpad story so I hope you enjoy, and forgive me for any mistakes I might make, although I try to edit as much as possible. I'd also love to hear feedback from any of you if you have any so that I can better my writing abilities!

Prologue

"You don't know how much I wanted to come over here..." I whispered.

"So why didn't you?" Leonardo's face was slowly moving closer to mine, his blue-green eyes traveling from my grey ones down to my lips.

"I... I couldn't..." I breathed, and he had brushed a strand of light hair that had fallen in my face back behind my ear. I could suddenly feel his warm breath as his lips hovered only centimeters away from my mouth. My body was almost flaring at this point, and I felt as if my soul was screaming in pleasure as it was in such close proximity with it's other half that happened to be placed inside the person in front of me.

But I turned my head so quickly as realization struck me.

I couldn't have someone that wasn't real, even if that person was the exact image of Leonardo DiCaprio himself, and even if that person happened to be made just for me.

Chapter 1

Today was the second week of my summer vacation. I couldn't believe that I actually made it through my junior year, but somehow I did. The truth is, is that junior year was just so damn overwhelming and stressful. I found myself wanting to cry from the amount of anxiety I was getting - especially from the horrible finals in the last week of school. When people tell you junior year is the hardest out of all of the years in high school, I have to completely agree.

That's why the first day of being on break had been one of the best days of my life; the relief I felt being done with all of my exams was amazing.

The problem with summer break though, was the 100 degree daily temperatures that I have to deal with. Living in the Midwest really can suck. And I honestly don't understand how people enjoy being outside when it gets to be that temperature. Sure, you can stay in the pool all day and swim, but then the water ends up heating up and doesn't even cool you down like you wanted it to. That's why every day of my summer break so far, I really haven't done too much except stay in my nice, air conditioned room reading a good book or binge watching a TV show on Netflix. But of course, when you have a best friend like mine, that won't last too long because you'll find yourself being dragged out of your house to go do something that you may or may not want to do.

I had been living with my aunt for about 6 years now in her little house, and I was really grateful to have her after my parents had died in a car crash. I had only been 11 at the time, but that was still old enough for me to be emotionally impacted by it, and I really wasn't sure if I could've lived with myself if I didn't have Aunt Jen there to support me. Aunt Jen had just started working at the hospital as a clinical nurse when I moved in with her, and it had always been hard for her to take care of me when she had a lot of all night shifts. It had always been hard for me too, since I found myself alone in the house many times during the week.

I had been laying in my bed for about a half an hour, after I was woken up by the scratchy tongue of my little white cat, Luna, licking my face. She was really cute when she did that, but also extremely annoying. I sleepily pushed her off of me, and glanced at my alarm clock. I squinted and saw that it was only 11 AM, which was early for me since I'd been staying up all night reading Pride and Prejudice, and I had a difficult time getting out of bed. I tried opening my eyes wider this time, but immediately closed them tightly when they came in contact with the bright light shining from the morning sun. I was feeling really groggy since I had just woken up and didn't get much sleep the night before, and decided I was going to stay in bed for a few more hours since I didn't have anything to do today anyway. And I had just fallen asleep again when I heard my aunt yelling, "Julia! Are you seriously still asleep? I have a dentist appointment to get to, but Sam's here to see you!"
