Yonna walked through the hallway, her bag slung over her shoulder, a slight frown on her face as she made her way to her next class. It was nothing new to her - she had always been a good girl, getting her work done and staying out of trouble. But today, she caught a glint from the corner of her eye as she walked and stopped for a moment. On the other side of the hallway, she saw Nash leaning against the wall, whispering to his friends. They all looked her way for a moment before letting out laughs. It wasn't hard for Yonna to connect the pieces together. Nash and his friends weren't exactly the nicest boys in the school, she knew that - in fact, they were the troublemakers. But why did he seem to be talking about her? She was nothing special. Yonna had always kept to herself too, so Nash knew nothing about her huge crush on him.
The boys' laughs died down after they looked away, and Yonna found herself staring at Nash. He seemed different now that they weren't looking her way any more. He seemed approachable, somehow. She noticed his confident stance, and thought that he looked rather attractive as he stood there. He was definitely handsome, and that alone made her feel a little flustered. A voice called out to Nash from further down the hallway and he waved to someone, turning his back on her briefly. Yonna was relieved to see that she had only caught his attention for a moment, but she could still feel the heat in her face. She quickly turned away and began walking again, feeling embarrassed to have been discovered looking at him.
Yonna continued on to her next class after a few more minutes of walking, her mind now preoccupied with the encounter. Nash may have been a little bit of a bad boy, but she had to admit that he looked really cute. For a moment, she wondered if he was planning on talking to her, but it didn't seem likely. She felt a small twinge of disappointment after realizing this. As she sat down at her desk in class, she couldn't stop thinking about the encounter. She tried writing down her thoughts in her notebook, but her mind just kept going back to Nash.
The teacher sighed as Nash and his friends walked into class late, making a commotion as they came in. Yonna tried to keep her eyes down, hoping they wouldn't catch her staring at him. Her face felt warm and she couldn't help but turn her head up for a moment, catching a glimpse of Nash looking her way. She quickly looked away, feeling her cheeks flush red again.
"Why are you late, Nash?" The teacher ask annoyed.
Nash shrugged his shoulders in a nonchalant way, not seeming too bothered by the teacher's disapproval. "Sorry, Sir, I was talking to my friends," he replied, his tone casual.
"I- okay. Go take the open seat by Yonna." Nash nodded, a slight grin on his face as he looked over at Yonna. She felt her heart start to race as he walked towards her. Despite her efforts to keep herself focused on her work, she couldn't help but sneak glances up toward him as he sat down next to her.
Yonna felt her cheeks start to get warm, and she tried to ignore his close proximity to her. He was a bad boy, after all. It would be foolish for her to even consider liking him. But she couldn't help just how handsome he was, and she felt butterflies in her stomach as he leaned closer to see her notebook. Nash leaned over to try to see anything she had written in her notebook, making an excuse to touch her shoulder for a moment. She felt a shiver go up her spine as his fingers brushed against her, sending a pang of butterflies through her stomach. She tried not to let her feelings show, knowing that he would probably find it amusing if he knew she liked him.
When the teacher wrote something on the board for them to copy down, Nash leaned even closer next to her to see the text. He made another excuse to touch her shoulder as he leaned over to get a better view of the board. This time, he stayed closer to her for a few seconds longer than necessary, his hand resting just above her shoulder. Her heart started pounding as she felt his warmth so close, and as he drew away he smirked at her.
Now that the teacher was more focused on the class, Nash felt like this was his moment to make a move on Yonna. She was the perfect good girl for him to corrupt, to make her into someone who he could actually date. He leaned over closer to her again. "Y-yes..?" Yonna asked nervously.
"Wanna netflix and chill later?" Nash asked with a smirk. Yonna's face flushed red immediately at his suggestion. She had never been asked out on a date before, let alone by a boy like Nash. She felt her heart pounding and her palms sweating, but she tried to act cool and confident. "Sure," she replied, trying to sound like it was no big deal at all. "Okay cool, I'll drive you back to my place." Nash insisted.
Little did Yonna know..this was just the start of her deflowering...🥀❤️
