Third Person POV
The vial Yulia had given Aryaan was in fact not water. It was a sleeping drink she saved in case of emergencies. It had been given to him out of anger for not letting her meet her girlfriend.
To make him pay for his opposition in letting her leave she messes up his suit and puts lipstick marks on his neck with a paper towel while he's asleep.
To let you all have a little more background information on them...
Yulia and Aryaan go way back to their childhood. She is highly qualified in her work with a business major from Yale. Her family and Aryaan's are both highly regarded in the mafia world though most of her family was killed in a mob attack, his family took her in when she was in her early teens.
Her older brother was the new leader for their organization and handled the entire load with a few other relatives who were still alive. But when he married his wife she told him to opt out of that lifestyle, so now their dealings are handled by Aryaan.
He and Yulia made a deal that she will work as his "assistant" in front of everyone's eyes in order for her enemies to get off her back. When she is actually preparing to take over once her enemies have no interest in her and deem she is unworthy of being a threat.
Ava does not know who she is as her husband made sure she never crossed paths when they were together.
Yulia on the other hand very well knows who she is as she was involved in one of the incidents...

Aryaan and Yulia both arrive to the matrix in time with the family doctor already on Ava's case.
The staff shift uncomfortably seeing the state Aryaan is in but nobody dares to intervene in asking what happened. While Yulia has a smug expression on her face seeing their reactions.
The hackers are able to identify who's device was plugged into Ava even with Elijah's code blocking them from doing so. Upon hearing this Aryaan becomes furious and plans on giving Eva a visit himself without knowing what her current condition is.
He kisses Ava while she's in her 3rd stage making her reach the final stage that lasts for a week of being in coma and requires being surrounded in high security.
From there she is transported to his house. Her friends from work have no idea where she is or what is going on with her during the days she is in coma.
Aryaan knows how worried they are as he sees them asking around at work if anyone has seen her but doesn't bother letting them know she is safely sleeping at his house. He spends most of his time next to her making sure she is transitioning properly.
In the rest of the time he shows up a little at work for urgent matters and does the rest of the work at his home.
He decides that his meeting with Eva will be postponed till his wife is awake to be with him for the confrontation.
His partners start to worry as his wife would now be the second to last wife in the underworld to transition. They are scared to see how extreme her changes will be..
Aryaan in this whole situation is stressed how her mental health will be when she wakes up.
His thoughts all scatter from whether she would try leaving him again after knowing about what happened to her this week or if she would have even a softer personality like one of his enemies wives...
