I know I rule this school. I'm basically a hotter Regina George- ask anyone, they better say the same thing. I stride towards my locker, which is crowded with my 'friends'. I've been mutuals with Lindsay and Courtney since 7th grade and we used to have Beth until we dropped her (she left but is that really important?)
'Hey girls!' I chirp '...and Duncan' I flatly add. Courtney's been dating Duncan on and off for the past two years- ignoring all my advice to dump him . Amateur move. He's possibly the scummiest guy in the whole school. She could do so much better.
'Hi Heather' Courtney sighs 'anyways babe, get to your class. I'll see you later' she kisses his cheek, making me feel kinda sad for some reason- but it's not like I feeling emotional over a girl, I'm not lesbian or whatever.
'You know I'm not gonna do that- go to class I mean, of course I'm gonna see you later if you know what I mean' Duncan winks at her as he walks away, he's such an idiot it drives me insane.
'Dump him. Dump him. Dump him. OMG just dump him already!!!' I shout, grabbing my chemistry book from my neatly organised locker; books on the first shelf, personal care on middle shelf and cheer stuff on the bottom shelf.
Pouting, Courtney turns around, 'at least someone wants to do me, loser'
God,I hate how she's right.

'And that leaves Heather and Bridgette as our last pair!' Mrs Blainely exclaims
I roll my eyes, making sure that Bridgette watches me. She better know that I'm pissed about this. Bridgette Summers is your typical surfer chick: chill vibe, nicest girl you will ever meet, gorgeous blonde hair slicked back into a pony- I'm getting sidetracked.
Anyways, I guess it's better than being paired with Lindsay, but nowhere as good as being paired with Courtney. (God I really have to stop thinking about Courtney this way, I shouldn't like her like this). Maybe Bridgette will talk some sense into me. First time that's been said.
