"Ukuphi? Uyakhohlwa ukuthi ngingubani" Ma'Lwethu enters the room, shouting her lungs out. "Mah" I stop her. "ukuphi uSamkelo, Uyangidelela lowo" She says once again.

"I don't know where he is" I internally smirk. "What do you mean? He said that he was spending time with you and the babies" She frowns. "Samkelo hasn't been here for weeks. I've tried calling him but his phone is off" I add more fuel to the fire.

She mutters something under her breath and pulls out her phone, making a call. I look back at Ona to see her smirking, she gives me a thumbs up.  Rea's currently sleeping in one of the guest rooms.

"Heyi wena! Don't 'Mah' me, ukuphi Samkelo?!... Uyakhohlwa ukuthi unezingane, yini?... Wenzani eFrance?... Buya ekhaya ngaphambi kokuthi ngize ngizokulanda" I leave her in the living room and head into the kitchen, going through my mail.

Just a bunch of bills and payments, followed by shopping vouchers... I'm about to put them away when one catches my eye. I rip the packaging open and immediately frown, I read through it and place it on top of the fridge so I don't forget, Samkelo ha a ntsebe botše nxn.

I walk back into the living room and reach for my phone but freeze when a stinging pain reaches my chest. I clutch onto my chest, rapidly coughing as black dots fill my vision. "Minnie!" That's the last thing I hear before everything goes black.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

My eyes flutter open and I look around, trying to get up but fail due to the hand gripping onto my forearm. I groan, looking down at Samkelo. I scoff pulling my hand away and he quickly wakes up. He has dark bags under his eyes... In all honesty he looks like a mess... A hot mess-

"Where am I?" I croak out. "Are you okay?" He presses the button near my bed and pulls me into his arms. "I don't want to argue with you, please let go of me" I mumble and he loosens his hold around me. I shift away from him, Rea stumbles in, avoiding Samkelo at all costs.

"Please leave" I tell him when I notice her trembling lips. He tries to decline but I push him away from me, he gets up, leaving. "Thank you" She smiles, checking up on me. "What happened to me?" She clears her throat. "I-He said I can't tell you... I'm sorry'

I nod, understanding. I'll deal with him. "How long have I been out for?" She sighs. "A month and two weeks..." She trails off. A month and what?! "He's been coming here everyday, he barley left your side" I know who she's referring to. A small smile pulls onto my face.

"I'll see you around" She leaves the room and Samkelo walks in. He sits on his previous seat, keeping his distance from me. "I'm sorry" He grasps onto my hand. I remain silent. "Naledi... I know, you don't want anything to do with me at the moment but I'm sorry" He rephrases.

I pull my hand away. "I want to go home, I want my babies" I urge him. He nods in understanding. "Please say something" I roll my eyes in response. "What do you want me to say Samkelo? I have nothing to say to you. What do you want me to say?

He sighs, grabbing my things and helping me out of the hospital and into his car. He drives me home and I immediately head up to the triplets's room but it's empty. "They're with Ona, she'll bring them tommorow" I nod in response, sitting down on my bed.

"Can you go now?" I ask- more like demand. "Nale-" I cut him off. "Ke kgopa o tsamaye" I repeat. "I'm not leaving you here by yourself" He refuses. "Okay then suit yourself, I want you out of here by the time I wake up"

He paces around the room, rubbing his temple. "Please stop, you're giving me a headache" I frown and he comes closer to me, I squint my eyes attempting to step away from him but he grabs my hands pulling me into his arms. I sigh in relief, resting my head on his chest.

"I'm sorry" He keeps on mumbling and I remain silent. I pull away from him, putting a bit of distance between us. "I can't do this anymore" I mutter out to him. "Ukhuluma ngani?" His posture stills. "I-Samkelo... I can't do this anymore, I'm sorry"

He gives me a confused look. "I don't think we're working out, I've tried to hang on but I can't anymore. Clearly we're not meant to be together, We can co-parent but I can't have a romantic relationship with you" I breathe out, he turns to me, darkly chuckling.

"That was cute and all but I'm not letting you go Naledi. I've set my eyes on you and they're not planning on landing elsewhere." He ignores my previous statement.

"I wasn't asking you Samkelo! I'm done, I can't do this anymore. It's unhealthy and toxic. Please don't contact me unless it's concerning my children" I turn to walk past him. He grabs my waist, pulling me back. "Naledi..."

"Please" I add. "You're not thinking staright i-" I cut him off. "This is the most straightest ever I've thought since I met you. I've made up my mind, it's what's best for me and my children, we're better apart than together" I look away from him.

"Look into my eyes and tell me that you don't want to be with me" I keep my gaze on the floor. "Naledi. Look at me, tell me that you want me to stay away from you" He orders, much more sternly this time. "Samkelo" I mumble.

His hands cup the side of my face, forcing me to look up at him. I look into his eyes, feeling them bore into my soul. "Say it" He demand. "I-I don't want to be with y-you" I look around his face, keeping them from reaching his ones.

He leans down, placing his lips on mine. My eyes involuntarily close, savouring the moment. His hands lower to my back, pulling me closer to him. I wrap my hands around his neck as my lips rapidly move against his.

His hands reach down, groping my ass before he wraps my legs around his waist, heading for my bed. He places me down, hovering over me, continuing his assault on my lips. I finally gather the courage to stop him.

He rolls to my side, trying to pulls off my shirt. "Please leave" I clear my throat. "Samkelo, tsamaya tuu" I demand and he gets up, walking out the door and slamming it shut.

I heavily sigh, closing my eyes.

I heavily sigh, closing my eyes
