The Tournament Of Snakes. (Ninjago Au) Hiatus

3- Arival

The ship was set sail and everyone was moving around Kai was staring at the girl in orange until he saw a guy with giant metal hands pull on her cloak. Kai walks up to help.

"It's okay. I can handle myself." Skyler says.

"This none of his business." The guy with metal hands told him. Or more warning him.

"Karlof cold. Karlof just wants her cloak." He told Kai.

"You look like you got big enough mittens. Why not leave the gal alone?" Kai told him pointing to his metal "gloves"

"These not mittens. These crush ninja." Karlof says showing off his metal hands.

"Don't think Karlof afraid of you." Karlof threatened.

Before any of them could start a fight Lloyd jumped from the top of the roof and intervened.

"Hey! This ain't none of your business you green power stealing freak!" Kai yelled at him taking out his sword.

"Mhmm says the boy who intervened in their fight?" Lloyd said pointing to Karlof and Skyler.

"Ugh! Whatever you power stealing freak.." Kai says storming off.

"Thanks goofball." Skyler said messing up Lloyds hair.

"Uh hey?! No one messes up my hair!" Lloyd said messing up hers.

Then Harumi comes.

"Hi guys!" Harumi greeted happy to see them both surprisingly she already got to know Skyler quite a bit and actually kind of likes her but she's still jealous of their relationship she just doesn't want to show it.

"Hey Rumi!" Lloyd said enthusiastically.

Kai watched from afar as the girls and boy were talking and having fun but Kai was mostly watching Skyler.

"Kai! Stop staring." Jay said from behind him.

"That stupid power stealer stole my chance to empress that girl.." Kai complained.

"Kai we've said this already but Zane's still out there! He could be in danger! And here you're worrying about some dude stealing a girl you like?!" Cole told him in a worried tone

"He's not just some guy! He stole my power!!" Kai told Cole.

"AND ZANES NOT JUST SOME ROBOT." Cole yelled at him. Immediately closing his mouth and covering it after.

"Okay.. I get it Zane's all that matters I'll find some more information about the others." Kai said walking away.

"Uh I'll leave you to yourself." Jay said walking away not wanting to make Cole's anger worse.

"We're here. Welcome to Chen's Island. Clause announced pointing to the island nearby.

Clause walked away into the shadows then grabbing an walkie talkie.

"Master Chen. Lord Garmadons son accepted the Invitation. Our plan is now in action.

"Good. Remember the plan remember only one can remain. Hehehe." Chen responded.

"If Zane's on that island we'll find him. We have to." Cole said to himself.

About ten minutes later the ship arrives at the gate.

"Look at that." Jay comments.

"Awesome." Harumi says.

"Let me see." Karlof says pushing Kai aside.

"Do you mind?" Kai asks rudely.

They both get in a fighting position.
But they both get distracted by the people who are there to greet them.

"Welcome to Chen's island." Clouse said as the servants put the board back and clouse walked across.

"The tournament of elements welcomes its brave fighters."

"Master Chen will be pleased you've accepted." Clouse told Lloyd the first one walking off.

"Wow I've never thought this beauty is where they make noodles." Cole said admiring the place.

The three ninja walked up the stairs. Kai noticed Skyler and took his chance.

"Hey lady's first." Kai said moving all the ninja to the side.

"Thank you for trying to stand up for me back there. Sometimes I'm a little cold." Skyler told Kai holding his hand.

Then an orange glow goes on to Skyler's hand but no one seems to notice then Skyler walks ahead.

"Guys remember this island is pretty big and Zane could be anywhere." Cole said eyeing the place secretly still trying to find free noodles.

The big doors open and all the elemental masters start chatting amongst themselves. Everyone walks through and see a bunch of servants.

"So this is the house that noodles built. Ha! Always wanted to go to a red carpet event." Jay said walking across to the temple looking building.

A few minutes later everyone was sitting in a circle and to Kai's luck he was right next to Skyler but bad news for him was that Lloyd was next to Skyler. At least he was talking to another girl next to him.

Then a servant hits a gong.

Everyone goes quiet.

"All rise for Master Chen." Clouse says.

Then a throne comes down and a guy with a purple snake helmet says "welcome to the tournament of elements. Now everyone can all die-"

Then the doors behind everyone closes.

And everyone gasps.

"-Rect your attention to me." Chen finishes and starts laughing at his own trick.

Lloyd and Skyler roll their eyes.

"Hee, hee, hee! Never before have so many elemental fighters been under one roof. I see Master of fire, Earth, Shadow, Speed. And even a special guest is here today hee hee hee! This symbol before you is for the anacondrai, fiercest serpentine warrior to ever roam this land. Its creed: "Only one can remain." Chen finishes and then someone hits the. Gong and it opens up the board.

"Good looks like we're all in our own bracket. We won't have to face each other for a while." Kai says looking for who's going against who.

"Better find Zane before that happens." Cole says waiting to ask where the noodles are.

"Behold a jade blade!" Chen says. While Clouse grabs one out of a case.

"Here, it represents life. Obtain it, move on. Allow your opponent to take it...Loser. The rules are simple. Every match will be different. No two fights will be the same. Your powers will keep you in the tournament. Use it or lose it." Chen said moving from player to player.

"Hm. What does Karlof win?" Karlof asks.

"Win and stay on the island. Win it all and you'll receive fortunes beyond your wildest dreams, and lifetime supply of Master Chen noodles. But no one is here because of noodle. You want the glory of being the greatest fighter in all of Ninjago." Everyone starts cheering and calling except the ninja.

"And what happens if they lose?" Harumi asked.

"Lose? Who here likes to lose?" Chen says. Everyone burst out laughing.

"Now please enjoy my island. It's a super fun and happy place. Ha, ha, ha. Fun time on me!" Chen said hyping everyone up.

"You'll now each be shown to your rooms." Clouse says clapping and a bunch of Kabuki came out and started grabbing  the elemental masters to bring them to their rooms.
