Chelsea changed back into her cloths then toke the dress up to the cash register and paid. “Wow, you must be going somewhere fancy!” The gay guy cashier told Chelsea. She nodded then left the mall. It was getting close to six so she went home and got ready. Once she got to the bistro, her phone rang. “Hello?” She asked. “Hi… jade, are you here?” Chelsea’s heart started to race. “Zach! Hi, um yea I’m here, are you?” “Yes, where are you?” He asked. “Uh, I’m in the red dress next to the entrance.” With that she saw a man wave she waved back and toke a deep, deep breath. “Wow it’s you, it’s really you!” Zach said wrapping Chelsea in a huge hug. She hugged him back and laughed awkwardly. Zach looked to be in his early thirties. He had short black hair and blue eyes, in a way he sorta looked like Channing Tatum. “You look… stunning.” Zach told her. “Thanks so do you, I mean uh you look handsome, very handsome.” Chelsea felt as if her heart was going to rip right out of her chest. She messed with a super sexy guy that was older than her and in love with someone else. “Shall we?” Zach asked opening the door to the bistro. Chelsea nodded and walked in as Zach followed. “So what’s new? Did you finally get that job?” Zach questioned. Chelsea scratched her head. “Um what job again?” She felt so stupid. “You know the sculpture artist, you were so good.” “Oh that job, no I didn’t get it, I’m actually a hair dresser now and I’m in school to become an accountant.” She finished. “Wow that’s big an accountant huh? Well with your smarts that will be easy.” Chelsea nodded. “So have I changed at all through the years, you know, uh looks wise?” Chelsea asked. “Just your hair, you cut it shorter, but other than that you’re the spitting image.” Zach said after he finished ordering. Chelsea nodded in relief. ‘Good no lying about the looks then.’ She thought. “You know Jade, I am so sorry I even sent you a letter. After what I did, I can’t understand how you could ever forgive me.” Chelsea almost choked on her water. “Well uh, that was a long time ago.” She prayed he would randomly get sick and have to leave, she was dying. “I mean I murdered your best friend that I cheated on you with, how can you forgive me?” Zach asked. “Oh my god.” Chelsea whispered. “I uh. I need some air.” Chelsea rushed outside and dialed Paige’s number. “Please answer, please answer.” Chelsea said out loud. “Hi you’ve reached Paige please leave your name and number and I’ll get back to you shortly. “Paige listen ok please I know you’re mad at me but oh my god ok… Zach killed my old best friend that he cheated on me with… and the way he said murder, he made it sound like I was next. And Zach isn’t Zach he’s Ronny! Remember the man who did that to me, the man who I was engaged to before I meet Charlie? You have to help me please Paige, please answer the phone Paige!” Chelsea’s throat was dry with worry. There was nothing at the other end. Then Zach came out. “Baby… are you ok?” Zach asked coming and holding Chelsea, as he touched her she tensed and started crying. “Get away from me!” She screamed trying to break free. Suddenly a taxi cab pulled up, out walked Charlie in a gym uniform. ‘Shit! He has the night shift tonight!’ Chelsea thought looking at the gym across the street from the bistro. “Chelsea?” Charlie looked shocked. “Charlie! Oh thank god you’re here.” Chelsea struggled out of Zach’s arms and ran to Charlie. “Charlie you have to help me please.” Chelsea tried to hug him, but he pushed her arms away. “You’re cheating on me?” He whispered angrily almost in tears. “No. no Charlie you have to listen.” Charlie got back in the cab. “I loved you! How could you Chelsea! I loved you with all my heart!” With that he drove off in tears. Chelsea ran after the cab. “CHARLIE NO WAIT PLEASE!” She screamed. “Don’t go, don’t go Charlie, I love you, please don’t go.” Chelsea clasped to the ground in tears. Things only got worse from there…
