I woke up the next morning, smiling. I couldn't help but think about Jaxon. No, I just met him, there's no possible way I can like him right now. I got up and took a shower, then got dressed for school.

I walked out and saw the girls sitting on the couch "morning" "morning, you ready for school?" Sofia said "Yeah" "more like she's ready to see Jaxon" Syd giggled "no thats not it" "sureee ...thats totally not why you're wearing a sweatshirt and skirt"Syd said "no, I'm just wearing casual clothes" "uhhuh" "anyways, ready to go" "yeah" we grabbed our stuff then walked out and headed to school.

On our walk to school, the boys came out of the house then caught up with us "hey! You girls have fun last night" "yeah" Jaxon walked beside me and the boys started reading him "oooh they're in love!" "Shut up" Jaxon pushed Landon "aww he's blushing" "bro we're fine" "then what happened last night" "it was just a party" "yeah ok" when we got to school then they went their separate ways, and we went to class.

After class was history.

After all our classes it was time for dance practice, we walked in and sat on the bleachers "ok listen up people, next week we have a performance in front of the school, so this might be perfect and precise" some girls rolled their eyes "your think you can do better" then all of the sudden a voice behind us said "no but they can" we looked back and saw the boys walking in "shut up Andrew, nobody asked you" "fine, next week at the performance, you two should have a dance of in front of the school and let the school pick those captain" she scoffed then we started practicing.

I couldn't help but smile cause of last night. I looked behind me and saw Jaxon met my eyes then smiled. Syd then told me "see, you can't tell me there's nothing going on" "there's nothing!" "Uhhuh" we finished off the practice, on our walk out, Landon ran up and asked "hey, you girls wanna meet up at a cafe after school?" "So Emelia can go make out with Jaxon again" "shut up we didn't make out" "nah I'm with them on this one, there was definitely something between you two" "shut up Landon, whose side are you on" "you and jaxon were alone on the roof, you cant say nothing happened" "whatever, you guys have fun, im heading to class" i walked away from them and walked to class.

After school, we walked home with the boys, Landon couldn't stop complimenting Sydney. Andrew and Sofia just kept flirting ...then me and Jaxon were kinda standing awkwardly "can you guys just admit you have feelings" Landon said "land shut up, we don't have feelings, we don't like each other" "you two just need alone time" "I'm gonna punch you"

Once we got close to our houses, the boys went to their house and went home "so you gonna come out with us and the boys" syd "nah, im just gon a stay here, relax and doing something girly" "ok, we'll be back later" "k" they left a d i went upstairs, took a showrr then got into comfy pjs and made popcorn. While I was waiting, I did my skincare and everything, then did my nails till my popcorn was done. I grabbed my popcorn and sat on the couch to watch a movie.

Once we got home, Emelia decided to stay behind so we grabbed our things and left, then met up with the boys at their house. "Hey girls, where Emelia" "staying home to be lazy" "oh, she couldn't face Jaxon?" "No apparently not" "well, jaxons staying home cause he doesn't want things to be awkward" "yeah, so it's just us 4" "yup" we started walking then ended up at a cafe. "Mm this smells yummy"

"We always came here when we were younger" "nice" we walked in then i ordrred a coffee and cheesw danish, landon got just a latte, sofia got a crossaint and andrew got ..nothing. He wasnt hungry.

Jaxons pov

Once we got home from school, we walked in and I went to the kitchen "you coming?" "Nah, you guys go, I'm gonna stay home" "why" "cause, I don't want things awkward between me and Emelia" "what happened that night anyways" "I told you" "but if it was just that, you have feelings for her, so what why would it be awkward" "because with how everything felt in that moment, we almost kissed!!! If I face her that's all the tension between us" "ok fine, stay home" they walked out and I sat in the living room and played games.

Eventually a scene came on and I thought "wow that sounds like you and Jaxon" then there was a knock at the door. I paused my movie and went to go open it but no one was there "huh" I went to my movie and hit play when a rock came through my window "ahhh!" I started panicking then a guy crawled through "stand still and you won't get hurt" i held my breath, i was panicking and started crying but i couldnt leave. I watched as he took everything from the kitchen, living, bathroom, and all the valuable from our rooms. Just then another knock happened "did you call someone!!?" "No i-i didn't" "you lying? Cause if you're lying I'll pull this trigger" he said pointing a gun to my head. Just then the door bust open and someone ran to him, knocking him out with a single punch. I was crying out of fear and too scared to open my eyes. Just then I felt someone grab my wrists and then pulled my Into a hug "you're okay, you're safe now" I then recognized that voice and opened my eyes "Jaxon?!" He smiled and continued to hold me till I calmed down.

Shortly after as I calmed down he slowly let go "can you tell me what happened" "I was just watching a movie when I rock broke through my window and a guy came through" "oh" I the realized "wait ..why are YOU here?!" "Yk to be honest, idk.. I was bored at home and thought I'd come see what girly things you were doing" he smiled "oh no, they told you" "well yeah the girls stopped by the house to meet up with the boys" I threw my head in my hands. "Don't worry,it's not like it's something stupid crazy" "crazier then watching the notebook, while eating popcorn after taking a shower" "nah that's just normal girls" "hey!" He giggled as I playfully punched his arm. (Sorry girls but it's true, we are like that) "well care for company" "you wanna watch the notebook?" "No, but you are" "we can watch something else" "up to you" I softly smiled and we watched a comedy romance.
