I could barely see anything as we ran through the dark woods, I could only make out the back of Harry's head as he ran a few feet in front of me.
"Hurry up babe, we have to make it!" Harry called out to me. He was weighed down by two duffel bags filled with money but still managed to out run me.
Loud barks were heard not to far away from us, this motivated my legs to move faster finally catching up to Harry.
"This way." he said grabbing my arm and pulled me to a sharp turn.
I was happy to see we were finally out of the woods, it seemed like we were in there forever. He pulled me to a stop finally letting me catch my breath. I bent over, resting my hands on my knees, gasping for air staring at the ground beneath me. I could hear the dogs barking and the shouts of the policemen as they got closer.
"Harry, we gotta go!" I cried, attempting to push him. He didn't budge not moving a muscle, instead he looked down at his watch with knitted brows. "Five..four..three" I looked at him confused as he counted down. The cops were just a few feet away now, I could now make out their blue uniforms as they made their way out the woods. "..two..one." Right on cue a white van came speeding down the road stopping inches away from us.
"Stop!" The cops yelled once they spotted us. By the time they drew their guns out we were already in the van and I could faintly hear gunshots over the roaring engine of the van. The adrenaline left my body as I started laughing.
"That was fun." I said leaning my back against the seat, the black leather cooling my heated skin. It was something about almost getting caught that made me excited and wanna do it again. I turned to give Harry a peck on his lips. He too looked sweaty and exhausted, but he had an excited glint in his eyes, like he always had when we pull stuff off.
"No it wasn't Jo." Liam said, interrupting my thoughts and giving me a stern and annoyed look through the rearview mirror as he drove.
"What now Liam?" I asked rolling my eyes. Nothing can ever satisfy this guy. We got the money what else does he need?
"You guys need t-" Louis' happy screams cut him off.
"This is what I'm talking about, lads!" Louis said, reaching upfront, throwing money in the air. He watched with a smirk on his face as the hundreds cascaded in the air and fell to the floor of the van.
"That's everything?" Zayn asked as he sat next to us rolling a blunt.
"Yup, the whole million." Harry said looking at me with a smile. Harry's smile warmed my heart, he barely smiled. It was always something so rare.
"You want a drag?" Zayn asked Harry as he pushed a lit blunt in his face. I rolled my eyes. I hated when Harry smoked or did any drugs at all. Which is kinda weird for a person like me to say since I sell drugs for a living.
