"Yo Benimaru" Rimuru greeted Benimaru as he rest his wooden sword on his shoulder "let's have an interesting battle shall we"

Benimaru raised one of his eyebrow "..Interesting?"

"Ah" Rimuru feel his whole body stiffen like he's being turned into a stone. He shoke his head violently before he quickly coughed once with his cheek turning a light tint of pink "nevermind"

'I sound like some violence maniac! For some reason i wanted to show off a little to Ririna'

"Please forgive my rudeness lord Rimuru but.." Benimaru raise his sword making the sharp end of his sword line up with Rimuru's head "i don't plan on losing"

'Benimaru.. I didn't realized it before but he looked way more serious than usual... Is he nervous or something?..'

Rimuru shift his gaze from the ground to Benimaru's wrinkled face due to him furrowing his eyebrows so much.

'But damnit this dude still looked good while being nervous! I can't stand hot dudes like him!'

"So am i" Rimuru hold his sword with both of his hand as he got to his stance

'I'm not letting you become that one damned hot mc with broken power along with some goddamned hot girls all around him!... Uh... What's his name again? Arnos? Asos? Ahos? A-something-os? whatever!'

Benimaru's brows furrowed even more "then please go all out" He widen his stance.

"Begin" Hakurou raised his hand up to the air, right at that very moment Benimaru disappeared leaving only dust behind.

'He's fast but sadly'

Rimuru took a step forward as Benimaru casually avoided Benimaru who's charging at him "you gotta be much faster than that"

Benimaru keep on stabbing for his head as Rimuru just move his body part which are absolutely necessary to avoid all of the attacks Benimaru throw at him "you really look down on me huh?"

"Quite contrary actually" Rimuru stopped Benimaru's sword which are just a few inch away from his neck by holding on to in tightly, his strong grib caused Benimaru to be glued to his place "if i block you with my sword then i would lose immediately"

A sinister grin appeared on the ogre's face "i don't get what you are saying"

"Heh, yeah sure" Rimuru push Benimaru's sword away as he jumped back "you're planning to set my sword on fire don't you?" Benimaru didn't replied, he just keep on attacking violently.

'His attack are much more precise now...' Rimuru squat down to dodge a high thrust from Benimaru 'he start to change his attack pattern huh?'

Rimuru rollover to avoid another jump attack from Benimaru. Rimuru saw an opening on Benimaru's stomach, he didn't waste his chance and tried to stab him but Benimaru quickly jumped back.

'Good reflexes, decent adaptability, as expected'

Rimuru let out a yawn as he take a step back to avoid an attack from his left side 'as usual, people here always use a pattern like characters in video games... Did i do the same back then?'

He feel something ring in his head like telling him to get down, his body moved on its own as he looked out and find Benimaru had swinged his sword for his head.

'What? He never did that... Perhaps' Rimuru tried to stab Benimaru's stomatch but he blocked it causing him to be thrown a few feet away 'whoops.. Got out of control there'

"Sorry! All good?!" Benimaru slowly get back to his feet while his right arm wrapped around his stomach he use his left hand to give him a thumbs up.

"You usually will block that" Rimuru commented.

Benimaru repaired his grip "i learned my lesson" He can still the sharp pain on his stomach caused by Rimuru's attack.

'I didn't take a direct hit but.. My lord is really amazing'

He didn't realized a smile slowly growed on his face, Rimuru raised one of his eyebrows "dude you good? I believe i didn't hit your head" His comment are clearly heard by a deaf ear by Benimaru since the ogre keep on smiling to himself while his eyes are closed.

"Anyway, are you sure what you did were right?" Now this got Benimaru's attention. Rimuru lift his hand as a black fire slowly arise on the palm of his hand.

Benimaru could feel his eyes growing wider as the realization hit him, Rimuru clench his hand putting the fire out, he grinned and nodded 'also a smart mind it seem'

"Okay then, let's end this" Rimuru hold his sword with his right hand which crossed in front of his neck and the sword right next to his left ear.

Benimaru couldn't react, before he even realized it he couldn't feel his sword on his hand anymore. The sound of something landed the ground is the first thing that broke the silence.

"Rimuru Tempest win" The exact moment Hakurou's voice is finally heard the crowd errupted in either confusion or pure excitement.

Benimaru glanced to the side of the field just a few inches away from the wall which separated the field with the seats. There's a wooden sword embedded to the ground.

He turned to the boy with silver blueyish hair infront of him waving one of his hand to the crowds. He feel the edge of his lips slowly move upward "i really am no match againts you my lord" He silently announced to himself with his gaze locked to the ground.

"Well Ririna did said that defeating me would be a dream" He slowly raise his head "so don't look so down, you have some potential"

How could he keep on sulking when someone who looked like a goddess are smiling at him warmly while giving him a thumbs up, of course he couldn't.

"Thank you my lord"

Rimuru flinched 'damned hot guy face! How much i hate those damned hot anime guy smile on your face!!'

"You seem delighted young lady" Ririna didn't bother stopping her leg which are swinging front and back.

With her head also swinging left and right she replied to the voice which sounded angelic for her "Nii-san are amazing!"

"...you two seem close" The voice right beside her changed, from an angelic voice to a somehow brittle voice.

Ririna instinctively turned her head to the right where the voice came from to be met with an empty seat and a man which are way too focused chatting with his friend.

"Nii-san?"
