Tonight was a quiet night as I roamed about the Mega Pizzaplex with quite the considerable amount of boredom following me around as if it was my shadow. I'd not been able to sleep and therefore had been bowling in my bowling alley for awhile, at least until I'd tired of it. I'd tried out a few other things and none seemed to suit my liking very well to keep me entertained long enough.

I stopped walking and stood there, placing a hand on my hip and using the other hand to scratch my chin in thought. I narrowed my eyes as I peered around at my surroundings, looking for anything of promise. That was when my gaze found something: Gator Golf! Of course! My eyes unnarrowed and a smile came to my face as I happily hurried over to the golfing course. Perhaps I'd even get to hang out with my friend, Monty! Well, if he was awake that is.

Without further ado, I made my entrance to the Gator Golf area, but it wasn't anything flashy. I didn't tend to be the type for flashy entrances and stuff; it was more as if one were watching a little kid happily run into their favorite game in the place. Except without the running. Plus without as much visible excitement. You know how kids do when they get excited, they jump around-

I'm getting sidetracked pretty badly. Anyway, back to what I was doing: I entered the Gator Golf area and stood at the entrance, looking around with a pleased smile upon my face. Once I'd spotted some golf clubs and golf balls, I walked on over to them and began to reach for one of the better, sturdier-looking clubs when I suddenly paused, my left ear perking up, my hand left to hover in midair. I waited there like that for a moment, my brow furrowed.

After a couple minutes, I relaxed my ear and shrugged, then again reached for the golf club. However, I'd been just pulling it up out of its holder when I paused and the same ear perked again. My eyes narrowed and my brow furrowed slowly as I listened, both hands lightly gripping the handle of the golf club. After another minute had passed, I carefully lowered the club from my hold, turning my head towards a certain direction, before shifting on my feet to face this direction and walking in said direction, towards the back area.

I came to a doorway leading to the back hall and I placed my hand on the side of said doorway, leaning over to take a peek down said hall. After giving it a careful look and seeing nothing, I decided to walk in, though I stopped just when I'd stepped into the hall. Was that... a growl? So was that the noise I'd heard that had led me here?

I continued to hear this noise, and if I wasn't mistaken, it sounded to me like it was Monty. *'I'd better check if he's alright,'* I thought to myself as I made my way down the hall, following the noise. It soon led me to a door that stood ajar, and I carefully began to push it open to peek inside.

"Monty...?" I called out in a quiet voice as I looked around the door. Sure enough, there was Monty, but... something seemed.. wrong. Very wrong; he was hunched over, clutching his head and growling, rocking back and forth.

"Heya uh, Monty? What's uh.... What's the matter?" I asked in a nervous tone, pushing the door open further so I could step into the room and towards the gator animatronic. I reached my hand out to him slowly, then froze in my movements when he suddenly stopped and turned his head to look at me, lowering his clawed hands. What I saw next made alarm flood through me, my eyes widening:

Monty's eyes.... his sunglasses were crooked just enough to where I could see his eyes had turned purple. Oh no... This wasn't good. I took a step back, drawing back my hand, staring at him. What should I do? What could I do? I turned to go for the door-

*SLAM!!!*

"M-MONTY!! WHAT ARE Y-!!" My words were cut off as a loud clang rung throughout the room. Monty had rushed me, tackling me into the wall, and he had delivered a strong punch directly to my chest that'd knocked a concerningly large hole into it. More and more clangs rung out as he continued his assault, punching and tearing at me like a ravage animal. Soon, wires began to spark, parts began to malfunction, and my systems began to shut down. Oh no.. This was going to be my last moments, wasn't it? Yes, yes it was, as I soon fell to the floor and the last thing I saw was my scattered, mangled parts before everything went black.

**The Next Night...**

"Boooonniiie!" I called out as I walked around the Pizzaplex in search of my friend. Goodness, where could that rabbit gotten off to? I hadn't seen him at all today, which was very strange. Normally, he'd be very enthusiastic to put on performances for the kids, but today he hadn't even shown his face to anyone.

I continued to search, calling out for Bonnie every now and then, but to no avail. I was really worried now.. and as I kept searching and searching everywhere I could think of without finding him, my worry only worsened. Until...

I stopped to think for a moment, then as I glanced about, I noticed a door ajar. I looked at it for a moment, one of my bear ears twitching, noticing the door read 'Parts and Service' before I approached the door and pushed it open. The moment I saw what was behind that door, I wished I'd never noticed it..

There was Bonnie, slumped against the far wall, at least I thought it was Bonnie. He was in such a mangled mess even I almost couldn't recognize him, but yes it definitely was him. My body shook as I stared at the sight in shock and horror, my eyes wide and my jaw open. After several drawn out moments of just standing there, I finally stumbled forward, falling to my knees before my friend, reaching my shaking hand out to him. I stopped, though, as common sense told me he was way beyond saveable, and my arms dropped to my sides as I hung my head forward and begun to cry.
