Chapter 2: Home

~Niall's POV~

"Niall?" she said again. I was in shock, I didn't know what to do or say.

"Sky! Your awake, how are you feeling love?" I asked her.

"I'm fine, my head hurts but where am I exactly?" She asked me looking confused. Tears started forming in my eyes, I new I had to tell her what happened, and why it happened.

"T-The hospital." I said looking away from her, she looked so fragile. Just as I said that the same doctor from before walked in.

"Hello Skyler! I'm your doctor, are you ok? Is there any sort of pain?" The doctor asked sounding worried.

"Not too much, I've got a bit of a headache, but I'm fine. What happened too me?" She asked the doctor, I turned around and Skyler was looking at me.

"Well your were in an accident," the doctor started, "You were hit by a truck, you've been in a coma for about a month now but everything is fine, your going to be just fine." Then doctor told here. While he was speaking Sky was just looking at me. Did she remember? "Anyways Skyler, here is some medicine for the headaches, and you are free to go, but if you have any other pain please come back immediately." he said with a serious look on his face.

"Okay, I will thanks." she said smiling. I missed her smile so much. The doctor left the room and I made my way over to Skyler.

"I'm really glad your awake babe, I love you." I said smiling to her.

"Niall I'm so sorry, I must have put you through so much pain this last month. I'm sorry," she said as she started crying. I felt so bad it was my fault she was in the accident in the first place.

"Hey now, its a good thing your okay, that's all that matters, I don't know what I would do if I lost you." I said as I cupped her chin.

"Kiss me." she whispered sternly. That's the Skyler I knew, the happy Skyler. I kissed her and she kissed back, full force.

I pulled away from the kiss, "Lets get outta here, Everyone misses you." I said she nodded and we left the hospital hand in hand. When we got out we were attacked by the paps. They were asking Sky a whole bunch of different questions.

"SKY OVER HERE!"

"SKYLER YOUR AWAKE AFTER BEING IN A COMA FOR A MONTH, HOW DOES THAT FEEL?"

"SKYLER DO YOU REMEMBER HOW YOU WERE IN THE ACCIDENT?"

Skyler and I finally made are way to my car.

"That's definitely something I didn't miss." she said laughing. I laughed with here. the car ride wad quite nice on the way back. Sky and I sang in car on the way back, we sang different types of songs, which over ones came on the radio. I missed this it was just like old times.

Kiss Me by Ed Sheeran came on and it reminded me of the first time I went out with Sky. I looked over to her and she gave me a sad smile, probably remembering too.

~FlashBack~

I was so nervous. It had been a few days since I got Skyler's number at the club. I decided today to call her. My palms were sweating like crazy. I pulled out my phone and scrolled through my contacts until I found her name. I quickly pressed it.

I was about to hang up but then I heard he beautiful voice.

"Hello?"

"Hey uh hi Skyler its me Niall?" I said. That came out as more of a question but hopefully she hadn't noticed.
