I woke up, waving my hair in the air. I walked over to the bathroom and started brushing my teeth. I sighed, "Another day of school... At least I get to see my friends!" I finished putting on my clothes and walked over to the kitchen. I then checked the time on my phone after grabbing a piece of toast, "Shoot, I'm gonna be late!" I grabbed my schoolbag, another piece of toast and rushed out the house. On my way to school, I noticed the new kid in my class getting bullied by some 6th graders. "Hey! Leave her alone!" The 6th graders looked over at me and laughed, "Or what, kid? You gonna beat us up?" Suddenly, my friend group walked over to me. "Hey Blue! What are you doing here?" The 6th graders scoffed and said, "This is your friend group? How lame." Abby gave them a dirty look, and they got a little nervous. "Actually, on second thought I think we'll leave..." said one of the 6th graders, and they ran away. I walked over to the new girl and said, "Are you okay? Did they hurt you or anything?" She shook her head shyly, "I'm fine, thanks..." I smiled at her. "What's your name?" "My name is... Skyler..." My eyes lit up with excitement. "My name is Blue, nice to meet you Skyler!" Abby walks over to me, "My name is Abby, nice to meet you!" Then Tricia and Erica walk over to me as well, "My name is Erica, and this is Tricia!" Okay, I based this off of my friend group but I'm not using their real names. I only used real names for Tricia and Abby because I realized that a lot of people have that name he he! Also this chapter isn't gonna last for long I'm almost at the end- Skyler smiled at us. "Would you like to join our friend group?" I asked, hoping she would say yes. She did, and we were overjoyed! That was the start of a beautiful friendship....
