The stadium erupted in cheers as Shubman Gill reached a spectacular century, a remarkable innings that anchored the Gujarat Titans to victory. The crowd's roar echoed through the arena, and the joy on Shubman's face was evident as he raised his bat, acknowledging the applause.

As the players left the field, Mithra made her way to the interview area. Shubman, beaming with pride, joined her for a post-match conversation. The joy in his eyes was contagious, and Mithra couldn't help but share in the excitement.

"Mithra, that century was for the Titans fans, for the team, and for you," Shubman expressed, a genuine smile lighting up his face.

Mithra, holding the microphone, responded, "It was an incredible innings, Shubman. What was going through your mind when you reached that milestone?"

Shubman, catching his breath, replied, "Honestly, I just wanted to contribute to the team's success. Scoring a century is always special, and doing it for the Titans makes it even more memorable."

The interview continued, with Mithra capturing the essence of Shubman's emotions and the team's triumph. As the questions unfolded, an unspoken connection lingered between them, the unexpressed feelings dancing beneath the surface.

Once the formal interview concluded, Shubman, still riding the high of his century, made his way to Mithra's hotel room. He knocked on the door, and Mithra, surprised by his visit, welcomed him in.

"Shubman, that innings was extraordinary! You truly are a powerhouse on the field," Mithra commended, her eyes reflecting admiration.

Shubman, with a mischievous grin, teased, "Well, they say extraordinary innings deserve extraordinary rewards. How about a victory kiss, Mithra?"

Caught off guard, Mithra chuckled, "Shubman, you're on cloud nine after your century! But, um, aren't you supposed to save those requests for someone special?"

Shubman's grin widened, "Mithra, what if I told you there isn't anyone special at the moment?" Mithra, sensing the shift in the conversation, raised an eyebrow, "No girlfriend, Shubman?"

Shubman shook his head, "Nope. Just a guy who scored a century and wants to celebrate with his best friend."

The room fell into a brief silence as Mithra processed his words. She then quirked a playful smile, "Well, I suppose a friendly hug would be appropriate then."

Shubman, not one to back down, continued with his teasing tone, "Come on, Mithra, a hug? That's too ordinary. I was thinking more along the lines of a victory kiss."

Mithra, maintaining her playful demeanor, countered, "And what if I give you a victory kiss, and tomorrow you wake up with headlines saying 'Shubman Gill and Mithra Jagadeesh: A New Love Story'?"

Shubman laughed, "I wouldn't mind that at all, but I'm pretty sure it would confuse a lot of people. So, what do you say, victory kiss?"

Mithra, still amused, replied, "Shubman, you're impossible! But, just to clarify, wouldn't that hurt your imaginary girlfriend?"

Shubman, dropping the playful act, looked directly into Mithra's eyes, "Mithra, there's no imaginary girlfriend. Just you and me. And maybe, just maybe, a victory kiss wouldn't be such a bad idea."
