P1 P1 - START OF A BIG STORY

Levi was a son on Underground prostitute Kuchel Ackermann. Life wasn't easy for them. That's probably way Kuchel died very quickly, leaving Levi alone, hungry and weak. It was Kenny who have found him in this misserable condision and decided to take care of him. Kenny was also a reason Levi met Y/N.
Y/N was a girl that Kenny was taking care of since she was born. She was year younger then Levi. She had H/C, shiny hair. She looked at Levi with her E/C, bright eyes making him feel kind of relifed. Seeing her smile brought joy and hope back to his life. Her cheeks were red and puffy. She had a little dirt in the corner of her mouth from chocolate she was holding in her hand.
- Levi, this is Y/N - said Kenny - Y/N, this is Levi
Y/N gave him a hand.
- Your hand is dirty - said Levi weakly
Y/N laughted. They didn't know that this meeting was a begining of something big.

Kenny taught both Levi and Y/N knife skills and violent behavior. Sometimes he would take and train Levi alone in way he can control power of the Ackermann clan. But one day Kenny just disappeared. Levi was 15, Y/N only 14. At first Levi was furious. How could he? Why did he? But then he realized that he can do nothing about it. And he have Y/N to take care of. He was now a head of family. He felt that keeping Y/N safe was now his responsibility and purpose in life. The two of them lived together, stealing food and other thing to live comfortable life. Well that was until they met Isabel and Furlan. The two just suddenly jumped into their life and stayed there. They became an inseparable quartet.

- Isabel! - shouted Y/N - Where is my scrunchy?!
- I don't know! - answered Isabel
- She has it in her hair! - shouted Furlan
- Traitor - whispered Isabel, giving him a death stare
Y/N walked out from the bathroom angrily, slamming the door.
- Give it back! - she shouted
- No! - Isabel looked herself in the girls bedroom - I can't! I lost mine!
- Again! - Y/N run after her - I don't have any left because you keep steeling mine!
Y/N started pounding the door. Furlan rolled his eyes and lean out of the window.
- Levi! - he shouted - I might need a little help here!
Levi looked up at him. He was cleaning his boots sitting on the bench outside their house.
- I'm not helping you with your Isabel problems! - he shouted back and started cleaning his boots again
- But it's Y/N! - Furlan said
Levi gave him a glare and put his boots down. After a minute he was inside the house.
- What again? - he asked meeting Furlan innthe corridor
- Their bedroom - answered the boy
Levi find Y/N punching the door with her fists.
- Y/N, stop - said Levi, calmly
- If you don't open that door in a minute I'm going to break the door down! - Y/N threatning Isabel
- Brother! - Isabel shouted from inside - Save me!
- No one is going to save you! - Y/N started kicking the door with her foot
Levi rolled her eyes and walked to Y/N, grabbing her up by her waist.
- No! Levi! No! - Y/N tried to free herself
- Y/N, that's enough - Levi said, still staying calm, taking her away from the door
- She is a thief! - Y/N looked at Levi with puppy eyes
- And you love her anyways - Levi looked down at her eyes - I'm gonna buy you a new one
- Really? - Y/N turned around in his arms, putting her hands around his neck
- Really - he said - We will go to the market in a minute and I'm gonna buy you any scrunchy you want
- You are the best! - Y/N kissed Levi on the cheek - Isabel, you may leave
Then Y/N walked outside to put her shoes, humming. Isabel opened the door and looked suprised.
- You are a miracle maker, brother - she said - Are you gonna buy me one too?
- No - Levi answered and left the house too
- Come on Isabel - said Furlan - You know Y/N is special. For Levi

The group was walking around the market, Isabel and Furlan in the back, Levi and Y/N in the front. Y/N was clenching on Levi arm, looking at him with bright smile. In her hair was bright new, silky hair ribbon.
- Do you think it suits me? - asked Y/N
- Why else would I buy it for you? - muttered Levi
Y/N smiled even more. But the beautiful moment was interrupted. Something, or rather someone, caught Levi eye. He turned around to Furlan who gave him a nod. He saw it too.
- Bulding. On the left - Levi whispered - As soon as they move we split up
Y/N gave Levi a scared look. They have faced other thieves or even underground military police but never Survey Corps that were as familiar with 3D maneuver gear as the quartet was.

Y/N was running among the buldings, the most terrified she ever was in her life, being chased by 3 Survey Corps members. She was breathing hardly, trying to lose military men in the labirint of the streets. She turned her head back to see if they are still following her when she trip over bumpy pavement. She fell down, cutting her leg and arm. She whine from pain when the soldiers grabbed her up by her arms and started to lead her to an unknown direction. Y/N tried to free herself but the two men were really strong and she was hurt. They dragged her to the roof of one of the buldings where about 30 years old men was standing. Y/N assumed that he must be some sort of Capitan. He looked at her and walked closer.
- My name is Erwin Smith - he said
She spit at him with disgust.
- You must be Y/N L/N - said Erwin and then turned to one of his mates - If we have Y/N L/N here, catching Levi is just a matter of time
It was. It took maybe 15 minutes for Levi to came out from his hide and Erwin Smith decided to find him himself. It was a hard battle, both Levi and Erwin skills were amazing.
- Stop it. Look around yourself - said Erwin when their swords touched
Levi took a look. On his left he saw Furlan and Isabel caught by Corps. But then he heard someone shouting. He turned to his right to see Y/N being held by two men. He saw a huge bruise on her wrist and a bleding cut on her cheek. A cold shiver run down through his spine, seeing her like that. He put his swords on the ground. He surendered.
- What do I do now? - he asked
- Join the Scout Regiment. Join me and fight for humanity - answered Erwin
- And if I won't? - continued Levi
- I'm sure Military Police would be more than happy to arrest Levi Ackermann himself - said the blond man - And they too
Levi looked at Y/N once again. He couldn't afford all his friends to be put in jail. He couldn't afford her being in jail.
- Fine - he gave Erwin an angry look
