You worked at a pyschward going to see a new patient, her sheet had been blanked out all it showed was 'Ryth, female' a weird thing but sometimes it's hidden to not anger the patient as you walk in her room you notice the clipboard which has her sheet on it shart making static noises and has green sparkly things near it. You sho it away and walk to Ryth. "..." She doesn't say anything just looks to you her green eyes piercing into your soul sending shivers down you spin; you cough as you say to her," hello Ryth I'm Y/N I'll be caretaker, is there anything you want me to know?" You smile trying to be polite. Ryth stares for a moment before saying," I don't know." You look at her; shocked. How can she not know? She's her own human right? You smile," there must be something, please don't feel shy or rude to tell me." She stares at you her eyes bot moving off yours; are all patients this creepy? No. You've dealt with the others, they're either crazy or polite. But her... why is she different? "No. I don't know." She says again; it feels unrealistic to you that a patient doesn't know anything on themselves. Is she a dementia patient? Perhaps she doesn't want to recall something. Yes, that must be it; with that you say,"Ryth? Did you happen to deal with anything big before being here?" You ask. She stares as before but her response seemed delayed; unlike the other times, she seemed to actually think this one out. "They did this to me..." she says staring at you the lights flicker; you flinch," who did?" You ask her. She stares and smiles before saying. "You." You stand up; and leave. You told corporate to not give you those patients, she seemed different because she was different. And corporate knew it. She... seemed so kind. You stare at yourself something feels like it's pulling you back to her... what is it? Before you can even think a green cracks forms on your face. You smile laughing as you see Ryth leave not bothering as she leaves the pyschward; you should have known. You should have stopped her. But you didn't... you couldn't. You might wake up... you might not.
