I love myself and accept myself the way i am (25/02/2024)

Hi evryone, i am back! I hope you guys are doing great! Like i already said in the last chapter, loving yourself and accepting yourself the way you are is not that easy.. 

But why do people have it so hard with accepting the sides of themselves that they don't like or love? Well, these are the sides i don't like about myself: overthinking, worrying al the time, making big problems, never letting go, my fears... These are some sides that i don't love about myself. What are yours? Anyway, humans have it hard accepting these sides becuase they don't imideatly see what we could learn from them. They are only here so that we can learn from it and become a better person. But how do you do that?

My best friend had asked me if i could wright down all these flaws and carefully look what i could learn from it. for exmple: overthinking-I can learn to live my life a lot more open-minded! Worrying al the time-I can learn that worrying is not all that wrong, and that i can look why i am worrying so much. Making big problems-I can learn to let go and accept the situation as it is, so that i can see the beauty in life. My fears- I can accept these fears and let them go, so that i can live a life full of hope, love and happiness!! Because of you learning all of this you can achieve your goals and become a better, stronger and happier person! And help other people with the same problem to spread the love!

My biggest goal in life is to help people get back on their path when their lost.. And spread a lot of love and kindness among humans. Just like i am writing this storie, right now i am spreading the love by telling my story and what i have learned from my ups and downs. And helping others always gives my a good and happy feeling! What you could also do to love and accept yourselve more is doing what you like and love. It will give your life a lot more colour and hapiness. Or you could also talk to a close person to you or a therapist to help you achieve this selflove and selfacceptation. If you want to get more selfconvidence i would recommend you to think more positive and love- accept yourselve more. As you can see it is all connected! The more self-love and acceptation you get, the more your selfconvidence and life will change! What i would also want to tell you guys is that: if you give energy (thoughts) to something, the more it will come to you. If you think posistive the positivity will come to you, the more you think negative the more it comes to you. So remember, evry positive thought makes a big change! Last but not least i want to give you guys one more thing: write evryday before you go to sleep (or any other timing) 5 things down that you love/like baout yourselve and 3 things you are greatfull for. You can chose how many thing you write down ofcours(; This way you will see how beatiful you actually are and what a great life you have!! It all depends on how you think..
