Devon's POV
I woke up to the sound of my father entering my room and sitting on the bed next to me
"son, are you awake?"he asked and I sat up looking at him not sure of what he is going to do next, to my suprise he hugged me.
"I am sorry for the way i acted last night, i know that this is just as hard on you as it is on us, i was just shocked with all the sudden news, and i apologise for that and just remember i will always love you."he said and let go of me, kissed the top of my head and left my room.
i felt like a big weight was lifted up from my shoulders and i was ready to face anything that stood in my way.after he left i took a shower and put on my black skinny jeans, a plaid green button down shirt and green converse and went downstairs for breakfast , where i was greeted by my over excited mother.
"Good morning honey, i made your favorite for breakfast,french toast."she said filling my plate with french toast.
"Morning mom, i have a major headache do you have any pain pills for me?"i asked rubbing my
temples.
"sure"she said and handed me some. i was busy filling my cup with coffee when it was taken away and replaced with a glass of guava juice.
"No coffee for you it is bad for the baby"My mom said putting her hands on her hips shaking her head.
"You mean babies"i said closing my ears as my mom started sqealing and jumping up and down clapping her hands.
"Twins! , Brad did you hear Devon is having twins."she yelled upstairs to my Dad.
"Mom really, that whole fangirl moment you had there is very disturbing."i jokingly and laughed as she chased me around the table with a dishcloth, i grabbed my car keys and bolted out the door and got into my black and white mini cooper.
"I love you "Mom yelled after me as i pulled out the driveway and i just honked and waved in return and drove off to school.
when i turned on the radio i turned the volume up as my favorite song came on it was feeling myself by nicki minaj, and sang along loudly till i got to school parked my car, got out and headed into the building with a huge smile on my face , i have the most amazing boyfriend, a loving family and two little Antonio's and Devon's growing inside me i could not be happier.
