"honey, i'm home!"
you exclaimed, bursting through the bakery door.
jeongin deadpanned at you from behind the counter.
"it's just the morning shift...you'll be watching that movie soon..."
he mumbled to himself.
your mouth dropped.
jeongin just laughed and prepared everything for the bakery to open.
the two of you got a chance to bond but it wasn't as quickly as you and felix got along.
"now that we have time,"
jeongin started.
he took out a large book and dropped it on the counter,
"time to show you some of our other recipes."
jeongin taught you many recipes in the book that you made sure to take pictures of.
he looked at you with a small look of amusement.
"i really expected you to be bad at this, but now i see why the other two had faith in you."
"gee, thanks."
you put your phone away to greet the next customer.
you were a bit shocked when you saw your one and only boyfriend waiting at the register.
"y/n? you work here now?"
jisung tilted his head a bit.
"yeah! i did it so i could see you more and make you your favorite desserts."
you stared at him lovingly.
he nodded.
"just the brownies, please."
he pointed to the glass case.
you grabbed the tongs and placed a few in a neat box.
"here you go."
