Chapter 3

#wrewp

If there was something I knew that I was weak at— it would be alcohol. As a kid who was really curious, my uncles let me taste a whole glass of beer.

The beer bubbled against my tongue, leaving behind a crisp bitter taste that made my face crumpled in disgust. However, as my relatives encouraged me to drink, I was eager to please them so I shoved it all down despite the lingering disapproval of my senses. After that, I never tasted alcohol again, not until last Friday.

Because I went out that night and didn't study, I spent the whole weekend with my books. I made sure that I wouldn't hold back just because the midterm examinations ended. I was too busy with my books to even give a fuck about everything.

Congratulations! ❤️

I clenched my jaw. I shifted my gaze to Grant who just arrived. He just casually put his bag on his chair and sat down. Tang ina. He aced the midterm examination with ease.

I gave my hundred and percent effort in studying all the subjects and all I recieve was the second spot? This was fucking unfair.

Should I ask the instructors to re-check my exam papers? Baka may nakaligtaan? What went wrong?
