(Sooha's POV)
Both of us do not utter a word after that and go on walking silently. A few minutes later, we reach a bit bushy and shadowy area that borders our lawns. There is no sound except the chirping of crickets and the buzzing of mosquitoes, the atmosphere feel eerily quiet.
"What's that!?" Felix points at a shadow out of blue, startling me.
"AAAA!!" I scream before jumping behind him and searching around frantically. "What! Where!"
"And you said you're not afraid!" He rolls in laughter while clutching his sides and I realise that I have been fooled. I glare at him while strugging to calm my erratic breathing.
"That's not funny!"
"But it's funny to me." He grins.
And I fight the urge to kick him on the shin, least he decides to go away and leave me here alone. I start stomping towards my house, without saying anything further. He follows after me, snickering silently, and I try to ignore him. I want to get done with this as soon as possible.
We finally reach our house and I quickly run up to our front door before swinging it open as it isn't locked. I guess, grandma left it open for me. I step inside and whirl around to see Felix standing on the porch with a strange expression on his face.
"What?" I frown at him, confused.
"Nothing." He says before grinning and I frown deeper. Why is he acting weird all of a sudden?
"Goodnight piggy." He says before casually walking away, just like that.
"GO TO HELL!" I yell after him and slam the door shut, creating a loud bang that resonates across the room.
"Who are you cursing at?" Grandma asks while coming out of the kitchen, frowning.
"Evil Spirits." I spit harshly before stomping upstairs to my room.
After a shower, I cool down a bit. I lay down on my bed with my phone in my hand and scroll through social media. I'm laughing at a funny meme when my eyes suddenly travel to the open window.
I see Felix, shirtless and wiping his hair with a towel. I quickly get up and close the curtain before gagging. Oh my god! What did I just see! But why is his room opposite to mine? I make a disgusted face. I guess I have to keep the curtain closed from now on.
I jump on my bed again before continuing what I was doing. I nearly squeal when I see Heeseung posted a new selfie. I quickly heart it. Oh god! How can someone be so handsome! I smile widely as I save the picture to my gallery which have more photos of Heeseung than my own. (Creep)
Then I check my messenger which have only two notification of course, from Eunha and my brother. I reply both of them and wish them goodnight and they wish me back. Then I switch off the light and put my phone on the nightstand before getting into a proper sleeping position.
I close my eyes and think about Heesung, a habit I do everyday. I smile widely when I remember him smiling at me ealier. Suddenly a shirtless Felix pops up in my mind. My face scrunch up in disgust. Ew! Evil Spirit indeed!
