There was music booming throughout the house, Celeste could feel the music shaking every single organ and bone in her body, the installed LED lights changing all types of colors. Smoke lingered in the air, making its own shapes with the many bodies of teenagers making their way through the house. Dominic reached his hand back without looking, trying to interlock his hand with Celeste's. The girl took note of this, immediately going into his hold out of fear of separation from him in the large crowd.

Dominic had brought Celeste to a  random party someone from his school was throwing as their little adventure. It was definitely one of the rich kids based off of the house and amount of people who showed up. Celeste even recognized people from her own school.

The girl was led to one of the many rooms, walking towards a couch. The group of people there immediately errupted into shouts of enthusiasm at the sight of Dominic's arrival. He dabbed up with a few people before leading Celeste to sit next to him on the couch. Celeste saw a few familiar faces, like Max and his girlfriend Stephanie, waving and saying her hellos.

"Dom, Who's this fine thang you brought with you?" A random voice asked, making suggestive eyes at the girl. She felt herself become uncomfortable, but all that left her body when Dominic placed a protective hand over both her legs.

"This fine thang is Celeste, thank you." Dominic rolled his eyes to the boy who said the comment, earning whistles from the crowd around him.

"Oh shit! The Celeste?" Another voice spoke, coming from someone Celeste recognized from Dominic's music friend group. She had seen videos and pictures of the rap shows he would do, both on his own and with his friends.

"Yeah, I finally brought her around so you fucks would stop complaining." Dominic chuckled, hitting the joint that was being passed around. He took a couple hits, placing it in front of Celeste's lips for her to lean in and pick it up. She took a couple hits of her own, listening to the conversation unfold in front of her.

Eventually, Dominic and Celeste got up to get some drinks. Celeste was the one walking in front now, as if she had been in the house before. She lingered a bit before making her way out the hallway and down the stairs to the kitchen where alcohol could be found. Celeste grabbed a Modelo, while Dominic grabbed a Cayman Jack.

"Damn, Cel, looking like your mama right now." Dominic poked fun at the girl, earning a sarcastic eye roll from her.

"You lookin like yours too, Jit." Celeste said back.

"Oh my god, Celeste is that you?!" A voice could be heard from behind the girl. Celeste turned around to face whoever was approaching her, but was relieved at the sight of her best friend Karina.

"Oh shit! Yes it's me, girl!" Celeste exclaimed, wrapping her arms around the smaller girl. The two best friends hadn't seen each other for a week, both of them being busy with their families and boyfriends. Now that Celeste had Dominic, she understood why Karina would spend lots of time with her man. If Celeste could spend every second with Dominic, she would, and it was reassuring to Karina as well.

"Do you wanna come sit with the girls and I?" Karina asked, causing Celeste to look back at Dominic.

"Go ahead, babydoll. I'm gonna just be upstairs, or text me if you need me." Dominic smiled softly to the girl, sending her a little wink. Celeste smiled in return, reaching a hand on his neck to pull him into a soft kiss before running off with Karina.

While Celeste sat chit chatting with her girlfriends, Dominic wandered off. He took swigs from his drink, finishing it pretty fast before finding a random cooler with more alcohol for him to take from. Popping open another can, he continued to wander.
