THIRD PERSON'S POV
The next morning, she woke up even before hef alarm went off. She was filled with excitement, not only because of her newfound friendship but also because of the opportunity to mend things with Yeram. She hurriedly prepared myself, making sure everything was in order for the day ahead.
Pagbaba nya sa hagdanan, she found Yeram already waiting, dressed and seemingly ready for the day.
"Are you ready Ate?" she asked, a rare smile gracing her lips.
"Yes, I am. I'm actually excited" she replied, returning her smile. It felt good, the feeling of getting along with her.
They decided to spend the day at the mall, plano nila manood ng movie, kumain sa labas, at mag shopping. They were like old friends who had known each other for years, laughing and chatting as they walked.
*AT THE MALL*
Habang nag lalakad lakad sila, they bumped into Gehlee with Eli and Yunha. "Hey, what are you guys doing here?" Gehlee asked, visibly surprised but happy to see them.
"Just having a sister day out" Haram answered, proudly introducing Yeram as her sister, this time without any hesitation.
"Nice! Kami rin nagpapalipas oras lang kami. Gusto niyo sumama??" Eli invited, looking excited to expand their group.
She glanced at Yeram, seeking her approval. She nodded, "Sure, why not? It'll be more fun"
So, there we were, a big group of friends, enjoying each other's company. For the first time, she saw Yeram genuinely having a good time with her friends. It was a sight she never thought she'd witness, and it warmed her heart.
Amidst their happiness, haram received unexpected news from one of her friends. Ailee, one of her closest friends from her previous school, messaged her. The news was sad-she was moving away to another country because of her dad's work.
Nagulat sya, hindi alam kung ano ang gagawin. Si Ailee ang isa sa mga taong ka close nya, and the thought of her being far away was heartbreaking. She needed to talk to someone, and surprisingly, Yeram was the first person who came to mind.
"Yeram, can we talk? I have some bad news" she said, trying to hold back her tears.
"Sure, Ate what is it?" she asked, concerned.
She shared the news about Ailee, and to her surprise, yeram hugged her sister haram. "Okay lang 'yan, nandito lang kami para sayo. At bukod doon, you will always find a way to stay connected, right?" she reassured her.
It was in that moment that she realized she wanted to mend things with Yeram because despite their differences, she was always there for her when it mattered the most. She might annoy her at times, but deep down, she knew she cared. And she love her.
