Vampires reign supreme ,
A grave transgression precipitated a grand-scale armed aggression between Vampires and human. The same individuals , i.e , humans that once tormented and exploited vampires for their inexplicable needs , now subject to the vagaries of vampires , completely vulnerable to their behests.
The only humans that could seek shelter from treacherous atrocities carried on by vampires were the ones serving them and the ones that speak only with money.
Accordingly , the society was distinguished into various categories in each kind. Vampires lead the hierarchy of power. Within their own kind they were of two distinguish types with a fineline difference between them. The ones with power and the weaklings. There was no justice provided to those who fails to emerge as a potent.
While the vampires were rather distinct with difference , the humans were complicated. Within humans there were numerous distinguished categories based on professions , wealth , how one lead their life etc but the major ones were : Noble class , middle class , lower class.
Noble class : Comprising of various servants of Vampires that are bloated money. Only if these two conditions are met , the people were considered to be noble class.
Middle class : Any human who possessed no power in terms of money or influence and practices neutrality or serve the vampires in various sorts like by being a maid , watchman , chef or just doing there laundry on monthly payroll. Such people were categorised in middle class. They led a normal life , expect sometimes.
Lower class : Beggars or people against the vampire authority were titled as lower class. They served vampire by feeding their bloodlust and sadistic nature. They couldn't ever lead a good life unless and until they pleased a vampire. Such people were even consider untouchables by human and some vampires.
There was another class , which was the unspoken of , that could never gain a good name. They were below the lower class and were driven by various vices and depravity. They lead a pretty horrible life in cages and dungeons that becomes their own grave at end. Except some vampires offical no one knows what exactly was done with such kinds and how they were used but rumours spread wild and wide about it , travelling across region to region in hushed tones.
It was a survival game for humans. A mistake could render them dead. But their greed never satiated infact it surge even more in Vampire supremacy. Vampires preferred treating animals like one , so they normally to feed on various animals except sometimes when a human would offer themselves willingly or drinking from their significant half. But humans introduce the ' human meals ' and practice of cannibalism , on prices and payment. And who would deny themselves a good time when human race itself bargained it.
Apart from humans and vampires , existed two more kinds : Werewolves and Witches.
Werewolves remained in there own shelter and territories , apart from the ongoing politics. Neither a vampire not a human disrupted them and werewolves returned the mutual feeling. They have a simple rule , an eye for an eye and a sweet for a sweet. It was only on rare occasions that werewolves were ever seen on same path as humans and vampires. They had their own laws and regulations and their seperated world but during festive intervals ( human / vampire / witches ) visits in their lands were permitted. Werewolves had no inherent antagonists only if you don't commit the treason of provoking them.
But witches , they couldn't escape the vicious authority of Vampires.
An archrivalry existed between Vampires and Witches. Those two kind were inborn adversaries and unshakeable foes. A vampire could inflict sympathy on anyone , even the deprave humans but a witch and vice - versa . Not even humans like them and werewolves they only were kind to their kind. Henceforth witches were oblige to lead an exclusive and rigidly cloistered existence. A compressed region is allotted to them in far west under vampire 's supervision. But the only thing that prevails there is excruciating torture and agony.
Amidst the pandemonium a hybrid ( half human and half witch ) girl named Eunbyul seeks for survival from none other than one or most powerful vampires , Kim Taehyung. What she thought to be one easy escape through the tricks and cheats turns out to be the very hell of ride that prompts to her doom. The fate which was decided centuries back , could she face it and overcome it or would it be again the nature of it ?
