Just as the wind blows through the glorious greens of the forest, the eyes of a young maiden, hopefully and nervously searching for someone she cares about, yet has to mask it to be the perfect princess her mother always taught her about.

She follows the warriors to see if there is any hope of finding Shambhavi. As her doe-like eyes found her uncle walking, she strode hurriedly to reach him while gasping for air.

'Mama(Uncle), what happened? Are the searches successful? Where is she?' Even when out of breath, she does talk faster, not caring.

'Surya, calm down. If the search were a success, wouldn't she be with us now? Do you see her here?' Amritanshu, the crown prince of Chandrapura, said while smirking at his innocent niece, Suryateja Jwalapriya, the one and only crown princess of Jwalanakshetra.

'But you have been searching for her all day, yet we couldn't locate her? I am scared, Mama; I hope nothing bad happened to her. Are you sure she went in the east direction?' Surya's question raised an eyebrow; this small fire made him question whether his niece liked that bastard.

'Why are you so concerned about a bastard? It is not like she is important to the Kingdom. Why do you suddenly not hate her now?' His slow voice made Surya move away.

'Mama! Watch your tongue! I never hated her and never would. Why would I hate someone who never did anything wrong?' Surya's words made Amritanshu burst into a laugh.

'No wrong? My darling niece, she is a bastard, and if you are ok with her, surely one day your father may replace you with her as the crown princess of Jwalanakshetra,' He whispered that last part as he looked coldly at her.

'I don't care; this is not the place to discuss this. And I, as the crown princess, am asking you to bring back Shambhavi; if not, we may have to proceed with a legal proceeding to justify your act and whether you truly have any guilt about her disappearing,' Surya whispered back and turned back on her heels striding back with one can mistake as fire in her eyes.

Amritanshu cursed as he watched his niece act the same as her father. He had seen her acting spoiled in front of her mother, but he knew that his niece was far from being damaged, and that was all the act to win her over.

Before he returned, he saw his first-in commander walking right to him.

'My prince, a raven came for you just a while ago.' His hands took the letter as he traced the emblem; it was from Jwalanakshetra, but the symbol shows this one was written to him by his sister. He opened it and read, and his eyes widened at each word.

His mouth burst into laughter as he traced the letter, which confused his commander, but Amritanshu shook his head.

'It seems we have to travel to Drona's Ashram. That mute bastard currently resides there,' he whispered as he alerted his troops to prepare. As he quickly scribbled back the letter to Raven to his sister.

'This is going to be interesting, ' he whispered as he went in to find his niece and tell her the news.

Jwalanakshetra

Manjari quietly entered the room where her peacefully sleeping husband, the King, lay. Her heart fluttered at seeing him. She settled beside him, careful not to disturb his slumber.

She slowly caressed his hair and held his hand, only to be held back by him. Her eyes widen at the sight of it. Her smile bloomed as she witnessed the closeness she has right now with her husband.

Just as she was about to place a kiss on his forehead, the words that left his mouth made her still.

'Kumudhini' - the name always haunted her. Whenever she heard it, she felt the owner of the name's presence around her. She was disgusted and quickly got up, freeing herself from his hold. Her action woke Aagneya up from his slumber.
