It was another rare sunny day. Family was surrounding Tom's casket. Arel put his tennis racket next to Tom.
"Remembering when we first met, on the tennis team," said Arel.
In the background, Tom's mother is playing I Gave Everything by Connor Price and GRAHAM. Which is a very sad song indeed.
"I think I'm ready," said Arel.
"Just stay here, I can see you aren't," said Joe.
"What do you mean?"
"You don't want to leave, I can see it."
I don't, but we have work to do."
"Silly, it's Saturday, there isn't work."
"Oh yeah, forgot."
As they lower Tom's grave, Arel and Joe look, tears falling from their eyes, knowing the murderer is put away and Tom's family is at some uneasy rest.
