chapter 1

A/n pov

Jungkook strolled through the ancient library surrounded by towering shelves of dusty books. The scent of old parchment filled the air as she ran her finger along the spines a faded-leather bound book caught her attention. She pulled it from the shelf and opened it to a page filled with cryptic symbols and diagrams. As she read through it as she got deeper and deeper which was broken by a phone call from her mother asking where she was and told her to come home with that she packed the book which had caught her attention earlier inside her bag and went home. After she reached home she directly went to her room without greeting her parents. She took out the book that she brought with her and started to go through it where she had a letter saying to my wife. As she started to read through the letter she started to cry.

In the letter
To my dear wife this might be the last time I will be sending a letter to you as U are no longer here with me. WHY DID YOU HAVE TO LEAVE ME ALL ALONE.

On our wedding anniversary. I love you still and death is powerless to stop me
