Nobody Home.

Nobody was home yesterday.
Nobody.
It was never like that.
There was always someone in the old, shack of a house. My so called 'parents', my brothers and my sisters. Disgusting things, they were. Hours of violence, both verbal and physical, had destroyed my hopes for good life. Even at school, I was bullied every day. Perhaps for my background and family. People vandalised my lockers, stole my books, and tormented me to no end. Nobody being home might've been a good thing.
The brightness of outside cast a shadow into the horribly dark room. It was eerie, and there was strange black dust floating around like mist in the room, being carried around by the slight breeze through the door.
I took a step into the old shack and realized what a mistake I had made as cold sweat started dripping suddenly from my face to neck. Blood. A few splotches of the red liquid here and there, a bone with a few pieces of fresh flesh, and an eyeball lying around sent chills down my spine.
I took a step back, as the slight change in the direction of the wind immediately alerted myself to the presence being me. I turned my head ever so slightly backwards, sweat still trickling down the side of my face, as I met eyes with a pair of bloodshot eyes. The thing, it was a tower leaning over me, filling my nostrils with it's putrid rotting smell as its head turned clockwise slowly, it's mouth turning into a twisted smile.
Fear took over me as my feet stayed glued to the ground, refusing to move an inch. Blood shined on its massive claws. It was clear what had happened, but before I could do anything, it grabbed me, a claw ripped a slight cut through my clothes, and the thing opened its mouth, a black hole lined with teeth that shined before me as the creature released its grip. I fell into the jaws of the thing, hearing my bones crunch and flesh rip before my eyes blacked out and I fell unconscious.
I think I was dead.
I was dead.

That was it.
