Alex was moving through the aviary as he was looking for Ivy to help him create an antidote for the Titan serum. He continued moving through the area until he received an audio transmission as he answered the transmission and heard Anne speaking to him.
Anne: [On Radio] Hey Alex. Is everything alright?
Alex: Everything is okay. I'm looking for Ivy.
Anne: [On Radio] Oh okay then. I just wanted to talk to you about something.
Alex: What is it?
Anne was silent as Alex continued moving through the aviary until Winters said something to him.
Anne: [On Radio] It's about Bucky. He's been missing for six months. I've been searching for him but I'm worried about something if I find him. I heard reports that when the agencies were searching for HYDRA agents. They planned on either executing them or giving them a life sentence.
Alex: I understand Anne. Bucky was brainwashed by HYDRA and was forced to do their dirty work. Don't worry we'll save him.
Anne: [On Radio] I hope so. I also hope he can remember who he is. I saw what HYDRA did to him. . . . . I just wished I could have saved him.
Alex: Don't blame yourself for what happened, Anne. It's not your fault and I'm sure Bucky will remember or maybe he's slowly starting to remember. Back at Triskellion, Bucky saved you when you fell off the helicarrier and into the river. He could have left you but he didn't do that.
Anne was silent as she was thinking about what Alex said to her until Winters said something to him.
Anne: [On Radio] Your right. . . . . I really hope he's alright.
Alex: Don't worry, we'll find him and give him justice.
Anne: [On Radio] Thanks Alex. I feel so much better now.
Alex: No problem.
The transmission was disconnected as Alex was at the flooded corridor and continued moving forward as he looked at the map and saw the trail was leading him to the Elizabeth Arkham Glasshouse. He continued moving through the hallway and saw the door as he opened it and made it to the Glasshouse.
Alex continued moving forward until he saw Ivy talking to a vine and he was listening to her.
Ivy: It's all right my darlings. I'm here now. My poor darlings.
Suddenly the vine sensed a presence as Ivy had a smile on her face and looked at Alex as she said something to the vine.
Ivy: Yes, I know he's found us. But I won't let him hurt you. I'll kill him first.
Alex: Ivy. I know Doctor Young mutated these plants to produce Venom.
