"These fools...,They dare they mock me..-"

"I'll rip their tongues to shreds," The air was short of shallow breathing, "I won't show no mercy shoving their tongue down their throat."

I slammed my glass down on my desk crushing it within my fist. A hue of blood and the intoxicating scent of wine mixed leaking from my palm.

"Clean up this mess," I snarled, pissed off. "How dare these nobles and peasants think they can walk over my image, this is foul nobility slander."

"My lord, I have brought you a letter," The timid maid didn't seem any respectful. "Your dear sister Anne addressed this to you."

I opened the letter to see that she invited me to visit the abandoned temple people rarely visited. What was she doing at the temple at this time-.? Her writing wasn't like this..Something was off. I dashed out of the manor on my horse making it to the temple within a few minutes.

"ANNE," I shouted her name catching my breath, I got off my horse dashing inside the Temple. "ANNE..-. Where is this girl..-"

I hurried to the main altar, and to my horror I saw Anne standing there being sacrificed to the unknown god they called 'REVNHA'. Her head tumbled after being cut,

"It's too late boy, your sister is one with Revnha now. Now that you're here I'm afraid you can't escape to leak our plans." The dark voice spoke from one of them.

"As if," I barked at them, glaring at them. "I'm going to end all every one of you wenches."

I grabbed my sword as I lunged at them but one of them stepped up taking off their hood. Black hair flooded out, pale skin. It was a lovely maiden, but despite all of these features, there was one thing that didn't fit. A deadly weapon held by her own hands, she blocked the strike with her own. The others fled while she stayed behind, being neck to neck with her was surprising. The cult that was just here enchanted her sorcerer ability.

"Fucking mages..." I muttered gripping my sword as I striked forward. "This is such a waste of my time."

I threw my sword down, confusing the opponent. I then vanished behind her with a dagger as I grabbed her throat, choking her. "Go to hell."

I cast her away after choking her to death, I got back on my horse leaving the place back to my manor to take care of some matter. None of my family was surprised by this news like they all planned this.

"I think it's time you give up and marry the princess. I heard she has a lot of money for such a naive soul." I turned to hear my mother speak in a harsh tone as if nothing mattered to her but power.

"As you wish mother." I depart to my chambers looking at the photo of my sister who just passed.

During the funeral for my sister the crown prince arrived with the princess. I was near the casket not shedding a tear, hoping they bury her 10 feet underground so I can forget about her. To let the despair drain down, focusing on being well successful.

"I'm sorry for your loss" The princess muttered having an upset look on her face.

"It's okay," I said with a nonchalant emotion, I could tell both royals didn't want to be here.

The princess embraced me in a hug to comfort me, but it only disgusted me with how fake she was acting just to get out of this situation. I went back to the manor to get something out of this already about to collapse world.
