Mike decided that he was going to explore this new neighborhood. You see, he was upset of being in the apartment all the time, with no snow, or snowman, or cold.

He was almost having a breakdown, just barely surviving with a tiny bit of sanity.

So he decided that acting like a adventurer who explores dangerous places was interesting and time consuming enough for him to forget his own personal problems.

Such a smart child.

Before going out, he made sure to use only thin fabrics of clothing, also getting his portable fan that he desperately asked his mom to buy after realizing he'd probably die out of the harsh hot weather.

This climate was too warm in his opinion. How did people live in this type of condition, he wondered.

Before stepping out of the house/apartment they owned, he made sure to warn whoever was in the house, even though his mom and dad were out working-

"I'm going out ghosts under my bed! Please don't turn this into a mess-"

He walked out and surprisingly real ghosts actually emerged from under his bed, huh.

Some were saying "We'll take care of the house for you" or "Your parents need to make groceries, make sure to remind them if you see them, kid", so in general, they were very polite ghosts.

"I'm gonna explore this horrible place, with horrible weather~"

That was what people heard while Mike was passing with his fan on, confused seeing a small child walking alone with no one to look after them.

A bunch of "Boo-byee's" echoed when Mike left his house, scaring a lot of people that were just passing around the corridor.

The kid just walked around, trying to find something to hyper fixate on, wanting to strangle the boredom he had.

Not finding anything interesting in the hallway, he went outside of the apartment. He walked for a few minutes and found a cool garden that was some minutes away from his new home.

"Plant"

That was literally all he said.

Then he just walked even more inside the garden, he didn't care if this was trespassing or whatever. In fact, the concept of trespassing was not something he actually understood, therefore, nothing could stop him.
