Ben10 OmniDroid(my version)

OmniDroid Part 1

we open on the ocean as we see an orange robot with red eyes as it was sinking to the bottom, as then it hear's the words good bye emerl as the red eyes fade away turning blue as the robot actually cries out a single tear as then there was a green light emit from underneath emerl, as the gizoid fell into it as above the surface everyone who were emerl's friends saw the explosion as they all were heart broken by the death of their friend especially cream the rabbit and cheese the chao as they had the closest bond with the orange gizoid as they were shedding the most tears.

sonic:cream..cheese i'm sorry.
he says as he hugs them both and the rabbit and her little fairy friend both cry openly into sonic's chest as he comforts them both.

we now open on a ten year old boy named ben tennyson as he was on summer vacation for three months, with his grandparents his grandpa max and grandma verdonna and his cousin gwen.
ben:man i'm always feeling so lonely. *sigh* i wish i had a brother.
he says as he then looks up as, he sees a shooting star coming right at him as he got shocked and he takes off running as fast as he can, and thankfully he was not killed but he did land onto something made of, metal but he doesn't think too much about it right now as he turns around and sees the crater as he walks towards it and he falls in.
(what happens when he, finds the omnitrix goes like cannon.)
ben walks up towards the down and deactivated emerl with curiosity, as he checks him out amazed seeing a robot.
ben:what is this thing?
he says as then the metal being ben landed on, suddenly began beeping as it had somehow connected to the omnitrix as both it and emerl, began beeping catching ben's attention which surprises him.
ben:huh? what's it doing? wait is it tracking something?
he asks as he looks in the direction, the beeping is strongest as he sees emerl laying on the ground and he realizes that this, was the metal thing ben had landed on.
ben:woah it's a robot, wait are these things connected?
he says in confusion as he got closer to the beeping, gizoid and the omnitrix then suddenly scans emerl once ben makes physical contact with him causing a huge surge of power to course through them both, as ben screamed out loud into the air as did emerl.
ben:aah!
emerl:aah!

both of their screams echo into the air as this catches the attention of ben's family as they heard him, and they all quickly ran into the woods to save ben as we go back to ben as he was out cold and was laying on the ground as someone was poking him.
???:hey? hey? hey you okay?
the voice says which sounds a bit like his own, voice only it was slightly deeper but it also sounds robotic, as ben has woken up feeling a bit of pain as he then sees who was poking and calling out to him.
ben:ow, huh? woah!?
he says as he sees emerl all up and was fully repaired and he was even, upgraded with a new look as he even has a new color scheme, he was black and white with the black being primary and the white was secondary like the watch on ben's left wrist, and all the blue energy was now green like the omnitrix as he was being powered by the energy surge and what little chaos energy, that was still inside of him making it infinite(he can't stay in alien forms any longer than ben can so they have the same time limit but he is, staying online/alive without any of the chaos emeralds needed, as what little bit of chaos energy merged with the energy of the omnitrix, that was released into him so he isn't draining the watch as he's now a techno-organic so he is more human in either form.)
ben:who are you?
???:i-i don't know? i just woke up and you were out cold bro.
he says as ben got confused by the bro comment.
ben:bro?
???:yeah! we have the same genes/dna. so your my brother right?
ben was confused about this as he stood up as he and the gizoid are the same height, as they both head off towards the camp but they quickly run into the others.
max:ben are you-what in blazes?
gwen:huh?
verdonna:what in the?
they all see emerl as he just waves to them like normal, as he greets them.
???:hi grandpa, hey grandma, sup dweeb.
he says to max, verdonna and gwen as they look towards ben, who shrugs his shoulders as they all return to their camp site next to their gran father's rv as they all talk to each other.
max:so you found the watch and it jumped onto your wrist and when it began beeping it lead you to uh?
ben:oh right! he doesn't know his name, so i guess i'm gonna name him.
gwen:you name it?
???:hey!?
he says offended about being called an it.
verdonna:gwen don't go upsetting others!
she says as gwen looks down ashamed of her actions and words.
verdonna:well how about i help you, with naming him ben?
ben and the gizoid both think, about it as they nod.
ben:sure.
???:yeah grandma, i really want a name!
everyone is still a bit iffy about a robot calling them grandma,grandpa,cousin and brother, but they get over it as after some time ben came, up with the name omni and verdonna came up with the name kirby.
???:uh? okay two names but-
he stops talking as he suddenly, stands up which confuses the others.
max:hey! what are you doing!?
he asks as they all step back seeing a bright green flash appear engulfing, him as when it dies down standing before everyone the gizoid has taken on a new form as they all see him in his new body as he had, became a perfect copy of ben he has the same color skin, hair, eyes everything. he was a perfect copy of ben well....except for the clothes as everyone reacts differently to this.
gwen:aah! ew!!
she yells in shock as she turns away and covers her face.
ben:woah cool! wait....aw man!
verdonna:oh my!?
she runs inside the rv to get something, as max looks away feeling uneasy, as emerl is amazed by this new form of his.
???:woah! this is so cool! i'm like, fully human now!
he says in amazement.
ben:yeah but you were a robot before! you even feel like your flesh and blood now!
verdonna came back out with a sheet as she wraps it around emerl much to his confusion.
???:what the? grandma why are you doing?
he ask in confusion as then gwen answered his question.
gwen:your naked!!
she yells embarrassed as emerl then reacts accordingly, as he gains a shocked expression on his face and began blushing brightly as he held onto the sheet tightly as his whole face was now bright pink, and after some time had passed gwen was sitting a few feet away from the others as emerl was pretty much embarrassed about what happened.
???:well at least now, we can now handle the name problem, as i can have both names.
everyone:huh?
everyone was confused about this, so he explained.
???:when i'm a human i can be called kirby, but when i'm a robot i can be called omni.
max:huh? not a bad idea kirby, well looks like we got a new addition to the family.
he says in joy as kirby and ben fist bump each other.
gwen:great! so now i have, two dweebs to deal with.
ben&kirby:hey!?
the two newly bonded brothers both, respond feeling offended by that insult.
max:i'm going to find some clothes for kirby, ben you and your new brother are gonna have to share, for the time being.
ben&kirby:okay grandpa.
