-Charlie has ADHD, she can hardly focus on anything. -When Carlie was born, she was born dead because her mother, lilith, was cursed to only give birth to dead children.The reason why shes alive is because her father, Lucifer, brought her back to life, using his magic.
Growing up Charlie was very shelterd when she was younger,her parents often babyed her and kind spoild her a lil, tho they did have to hold back on a few things,which is why shes so empathetic and sympathetic towards sinners.She was keept in the dark about the Extermination until rather recently,it crushed her heart to know that her people were being viciously slaughtered every year wile she was at home safe and sound,one day when she was 170 (17 in demon years) she came up with an idea that sinners could be saved, and went to her father with her new found dream,but he didn't agree with the thought that these souls could be saved, there conversation turned into a heated argumen, when the argument came to it's climax Charlie disided that the only thing to do then was to leave.But she never gave up on her dream, she tried to pitch her idea to several other news networks before 666 News, and even tried to advertise her business herself (200 years have passed, she's now 190).One fateful day when she was strolling thru Pentagran City, after the extemination, to find new demons to advertize to or to recrute, she sudenly stoped infront of an allyway when she herd rusling and soft sobs, she looked inside the allyway and found a wounded girl missing an eye and sobbing in the corner she quiqly aproched the sinner and bandeged the head of the hurt demon, and brought the hotel and treated her injurys.The girl then interduced herself as Vaggie,they later became good friends, with Charlie talking to Vaggie about her idea of redeming demons using her newly found passion project called the "Happy Hotel".A little wile after they met the two started to fall in love and became lovers, with Vaggie promising Charlie that she would always help and protect Charle no matter what.
