"Legend of the afterlife."

I parked near my apartment building, getting out of my car. I walked in, and called the elevator. I waited. 

The doors finally opened and i went in. I pressed the floor my apartment was on and the doors closed. I felt the elevator going up.

I layed my head against the wall when i got a text from Aaron.

Aaron kelsey:AH232424%£%$£

I was confused, maybe he texted me by accident?

I decided to brush it off. The doors opened and i walked out. I saw kids playing tag, when a kid walked over to me.

"Whoa! Are you Astro Jett?"

"Yep i am."

"Me and my friend's have heard stories about you! About your one of the best mercs, And uhhhh your brother.. What's his name?"

"Mylo."

"Mylo yeah! My dad said that he saved my mom from these guys called tyger claws."

"Yeah.. that he did." I grinned.

"I wanna become a merc like you! I have a poster of you aswell."

"How'd you get a poster?" I chuckled.

"I mighta begged my sister to make a fan made poster of you.."

"That's pretty cool. But i've gotta go. We can talk later."

"Okay! Bye!"

"See you later." I continued to walk to my apartment. I opened the front door and closed it after me. I walked to a drawer, opening it. I got a packet of cigs and opened the packet. I got one out, putting it in my mouth.

I putted the packet back in the drawer and closed the drawer.

I putted my jacket down onto the ground, and realized i had no lighter. I walked to the drawer again and opened it. I found the lighter and closed the drawer once again.

I went over to the couch and sitted down. I lit the cig and took a puff.

The smoke filled the room.

After a few minutes I putted the cig out. I got up from the couch and went into the bathroom to take a shower.

AARON'S POV (A few minutes before he texted Astro)

I got dressed in my formal attire. I walked to the kitchen, pouring myself a glass of gold cider. I walked to the living room.

AJ was doing his homework on the couch, and Lily was playing with some dolls.

I took a sip, and looked outside, seeing the beautiful view of night city.

There was a knock on the door.

"AJ, go and see whos there. Will ya?"

"Yep." AJ got up from the couch and went to answer the door.

I took another sip.

Then, AJ ran to me.

"It's clive."

I nearly choked on the cider. I putted it down onto a drawer, i cleared my throat before saying

"Take your sister into your room and Lock the door. don't open it unless i say so."

"Okay. C'mon lily."

"But my dolls..!"

AJ grabbed Lily by the arm and started to walk to his room. I heard his door shut, and i walked to the front door.
