Tim's boyfriends, Konner and Bernard, have been banned from Wayne Manor. Not because Bruce or Alfred are homophobic or unaccepting or anything like that, but because of the disruption they cause when all three of them are together. Which was more often than not after Bernard had moved in.
And disruption is putting it lightly. It was only a matter of time until Bruce put his foot down.
Between the tea-towel fights in the kitchen, the loud as fuck music, the time they tried to pierce Tim's ears and he had such a bad allergic reaction to the silver he couldn't patrol for a week, getting caught with hands below waistbands in places other than Tim and Bernard's room, the furniture in said room almost constantly needing to be replaced, the fact Tim was basically permanently pink and purple with hickies that were getting increasingly harder to hide.
It was the fact none of the bedrooms are soundproof, the way they were all way too obnoxiously nosy about everything happening in the Batcave, Kon encouraging reckless behaviour, Bernard showing up Alfred's cooking skills, the intense disagreements caused by Mario Kart, flirting with Tim over coms when he was patrolling, distracting Tim from work- and so so many other little things that just ticked the bat off, something had to be done.
Kon was the first to be banned, obviously, considering he was already on thin ice because of the whole meta-human thing. And the fact he was also the most problematic out of the three boys.
Unfortunately the ban did not stop Kon from trying to sneak in, and on occasion, succeeding with the help of Bernard.
Alfred had caught them one night, Tim red faced in one of Kon's shirts, his hair and sheets a complete mess but no Bernard in sight. And Alfred was the furthest thing from dumb, Tim was obviously hiding something... well more like someone. He set Tim's coffee down on his nightstand and immediately made his way over to the walk-in closet, swinging the double doors open to reveal a very naked Konner Kent hiding behind a slightly more clothed Bernard with a look of fear in his eyes.
Alfred simply rolled his eyes and gave Tim an extremely disappointed look, before telling Kon to hurry up and get out of there before Bruce showed up to either give him a lecture or a fist full of kryptonite.
This, of course, was not the last incident.
After a firm discussion was had between Tim and Bruce, it was ultimately decided that Bernard would have to move out because of the constant rule breaking. Because of this, Tim would now only be able to see them when he had the time to visit them, which proved to be quite inconvenient with how much Tim actually works between finance management for Wayne Enterprises and his vigilante gig.
Since Bernard had been living with Tim at the Manor, being banned from the place meant new living arrangements needed to be sought out. Which ended up with him living with Konner instead at the Kent's farm in Smallville (and Lexcorp every second weekend).
Of course this didn't completely put an end to any distractions. Poor Tim received an onslaught of photos, videos and voice-notes that made him wish he could be there with his boys. Half of the things sent to him were harmless and innocent, but the other half was absolute filth.
One particular video stands out, however.
Tim had just gotten back from a long mission, and he and quite a few of the other bats had gathered in the cave to make their reports and discuss future plans or whatever. Tim wasn't really paying attention to whatever Bruce, Jason and Stephanie were going on about.
Richard was starting his own report beside him when his phone dinged, and, without really thinking things through due to a lack of sleep, he opened up the text Kon.
