On Naboo, Bail Organa and Mon Mothma stood together in the crowd.. As they watched Padme Amidala and young Janna, walking in the funeral procession of Kina Naberrie.. Bail looked into the crowd, and for a split second, they appeared to him.. He looked away, then back again, but they were gone.. Why did they come? he thought to himself.. When it was almost over, he apologised to Mon Mothma and excused himself.. He knew where they would be..
Ahsoka and Lux walked along not speaking, both were covered in their hoods.. Ahsoka felt him before he spoke.. She took Lux by the hand.. "You shouldn't have come here. There's nothing you could have done. For either of them. Why risk it?" Bail asked with sadness.. "She was my friend." Ahsoka replied in a quiet voice.. Bail looked down at them holding hands.. They all at the same time heard comms chatter in distance from the Clones on patrol.. "There's a patrol coming. You must leave. Where is your ship?" Bail asked with his usual calming voice.. "The river." Lux replied.. "This way." Bail said to them leading them away from the area..
They are now out and standing on a balcony.. Bail looks at the both of them holding hands, he knows what has happened.. Ahsoka and Lux have given up the fight.. "Here. If you need anything, you can contact me with this." Bail said to them.. He handed Lux a communicator.. "No. I'm tired of fighting." Ahsoka said with a sigh, and sadness.. They hear comms chatter again... "You there!" Security Clone said to Bail.. "What can I do for you, officer?" Bail asked.. "Let's see some identification." The Security Clone asked him.. "Of course." Bail replied showing them his chain code.. "Senator Organa of Alderaan." Clone Security asked.. "That's right." Bail replied in a calm voice.. "I'm afraid no one is allowed back here, Senator. Imperial orders." Clone Security said to him.. While his friend stood and looked over the balcony.. "Forgive me. It's easy to get lost with all that has happened." Bail said.. He paused for a moment.. "Still, we have a duty. Don't we? An obligation to uphold, when we're able." He said, making sure Ahsoka and Lux knew he was talking to them.. "We'll have to escort you back to the procession, Senator." The Clone Trooper said.. "I understand. And if you should ever need anything, please contact me." Bail said.. The Clones looked at each other, but by this stage in their life, they didn't care anymore..
"You should get rid of that." Ahsoka whispered as they walked back to the ship.. "I will hold onto it for now.." Lux said to her.. Rex stood waiting for them, he nodded to them both before they boarded the ship and were away..
Some time later Ahsoka and Lux have found a small community of farmers.. Where they are working in the field with them.. One day there is murmuring and chatter.. Ahsoka and Lux looked up to find Jade and Saw Gerrera.. "Jade?" Ahsoka whispered to Lux.. "Oh no... She is with Saw." Lux whispered to her.. "Are they younglings?" Ahsoka asked.. "Isn't that old lady a ....." Lux asked quietly.. "Yes, Madame Jocasta." Ahsoka whispered.. Saw was talking to the old man who they all called Griffin.. "So we were wondering if you needed any help for some shelter for the night?" Saw asked.. Jade saw Ahsoka the instant she arrived, she could feel her in the Force.. She was trying to hide with Lux.. "You have a lot of children with you." Griffin said to Saw.. "As I said, we are a travelling orphanage.. We are picking up any unwanted children that are without parents.. Asking if anyone would like to adopt one.." Saw said.. Jade hit him on the arm.. "Sorry my wife Jewel doesn't want to let any of them go." Saw said to him.. "Well we do not have much, but what we have we will share.. We need the help this time around.." Griffin said to him.. "You heard the man, children, off to work." Saw said to them.. They all mumbled as they headed off to help where they could..
Ahsoka made her way over to Jade.. "Hello I am Ashla.. This is my husband Levi." She said to Jade.. "Nice to meet you Ashla, Levi.. I am with my husband Saw and some young ones we picked up along the way with the lovely Jocasta.. Oh my name is Jewel.." Jade said, nodding like a fool.. The younglings all gathered around Jocasta and she made a game out of them all working.. "Why here Jewel?" Ahsoka asked.. "I am sorry, I needed to see a friend.. I could feel you in the Force.." Jade said to her.. A droid walked by them beeping as he loaded up the bails on the repulsorlift car.. "Why?" Ahsoka asked.. "I will tell you when we have more time.. Not now." Jade said to her as they went back to work..
