Our misfit trio walked through the portal, Talia and Baxter were excited to visit Heaven for different purposes, but Mari was dragged along since she's a liability.
The portal spat them out in an alleyway behind a cafe shop.
"Ow, that hurt like hell..."
The other two stood up but something was different about them.
"You guys have wings now?!" I exclaimed
"What do you mean?" Baxter asked
Marionete had looked behind her and saw the wings I had been referring to, she looked kinda excited.
I saw myself and I had my Heaven form, I was happy to be back to normal, even if it was just for this trip.
"Baxter, listen to me carefully. Heaven isn't like Hell, everything works different here" I told him
"What exactly?"
"Everyone here is polite, no one is a dick head, and you must follow all rules"
"Anything else?"
"You cannot, and I mean CANNOT get seen by Adam or Lute! They can recognize a demon from a mile away, understand?"
"Yes Talia"
"A Pegasus?!"
Marionette pointed outside of the alleyway and chased the horse.
"Baxter, keep her safe. We'll rendezvous here in two hours and if I'm not back then that means something happened to me"
"Got it. Marionette! Get your butt back here!"
Baxter chased after her and I was left alone, but I had an agenda already planned.
-Reunion-
I had looked everywhere for her, but she wasn't anywhere that I looked. I asked around but no one had a clue, I was beginning to lose hope.
"Oh Molly, where are you?"
"Excuse me? Did you say you're looking for Molly?"
I looked up to see an Angel, she looked young to be in Heaven.
"Yes. Do you know where she is?"
"I know almost every Angel here. Follow me and I can help you find her! My name is Emily, what's yours?"
"My name, it's Adriana"
Adriana was my Heaven name before arriving in Hell, it was also my human name when I was alive. I followed Emily as they helped me look for Molly.
"You look odd for an Angel. Are you new?" they asked
"Oh yeah. Sorry, not much of a talker" I answered
"Sorry. I'm just thrilled to be helping out a new Angel! So why are you looking for Molly?"
"I knew her when we were alive and I need to tell her my feelings"
Emily let out a happy squeal.
"That's adorable! Now I need to help!"
Emily reminded me of Charlie a lot, I regretted not informing her of my venture to Heaven but she would've fought against it.
Emily stopped in front of a cafe, this place looked very familiar to me but I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
"Wait here and I'll grab her!"
I saw them fly in there with so much energy, reminding me of myself when I was a kid.
