"Class! Silence class! I want you all to meet lilith!"
Miss Skrunkley announces, a tall,slender women with poofy orange hair, rectangle glasses sitting on her small nose, and a green,lavish jumper, neatly placed over her plain white t-shirt.
Lilith groans.
She hated all of this.
She ,herself was a thin,purple haired white girl who was born into an odd family, who were yet to understand her, i mean they being a non-binary individual. She glances at the entire class, she wanted to die.
No one in this class looked like anyone she would know well, especially a smirky,lanky blondey named Gideon, whos smile was a snarl like one of a wolfs. He was one of the kids of 1982 that though mullets were the coolest thing, so of course, he had one of his own,plus he wore a light blue hooded jacket, although the hood had been torn off and thrown away.
Lilith glances to the other side of the room, where a mixed race and a petite Black girl sit, both giggling and talking, a thiugh goes to her and she walks over, sitting with them. Lilith slumps her bag on the floor, catching the other twos attentions.
Jay, a mixed race individual with green hair, purple eyes like a endless pool, and a tacky,grey vest. He smiles, waving slightly. The other one, Merandah, a kind black individual who seemed like she would die for someone, had long, Blue hair and green eyes, she wore a dark blue dress that went just below her knees.
She waves happily at Lilith, who cautiously waves back, her energy being alot for Lil to process fast enough.
"So, Where you lot from? Never seen you in Wakey before"
Lilith says as Jay and Mernadah nods.
"I am originally from Portugal, but i have African Relative. Me and my older sister moved here after she got a job opportunity"
Merandah states, a smile still sat kindly on her face as Jay begins to speak.
"Ye and believe it or not, i live with Miss Skrunkley, the teacher..."
He mopes slightly, a russian accent showing, as he waves his hand around dismissively.
"Because my parents died in a..." he pauses, "a car crash..."
"Oh you poor soul! I will fix your broken heart my friend!"
Merandah says, giving Jay a big ol hug, causing him to smile slightly.
"Are you Russian? Sorry its just, you have a bit of a accent"
Lilith questions as the other two look towards her.
Jay nods.
"I was born and raised slightly in my home country, Russia, before i was taken in and brought here to...UK?"
He answers, looking around the classroom before making a small annoyed groaning sound.
"Grey..."
He mumbles.
Lilith turns her head, now looking at yet another girl, emerald green eyes, long baby blonde hair, and a grey dress, hence her name.
"Was ist das we have here!"
She says, German accent and tone as she twiddles her fingers through her hair.
Jay rolls his eyes and Merandah just looks to her, seemingly bothered and slightly scared.
"Listen, Grey, its liliths first day, can you just...well...not be...mean...?"
Merandah stutters, Grey rolls her eyes, slamming her hands down on the table.
"Listen here, I dont give a Scheiße if its her first day. That doesnt affect me, or what i do on the daily, Merida..."
Grey scowls, messing up the girls name on purpose. Merandah stares at the ground, and Jay stands.
"Back off Grey!"
He commands, slamming his fist on the table, catching Miss Skrunkles attention, as the teacher glances over.
Grey smirks.
"Why would i do that? Hmm?"
She says cockily, placing her hands on the table and leaning slightly.
Jay rolls his eyes.
Grey scowls slightly, flicking Merandahs npse before walking off, towards the table wherer Gideon and two others were sat, a pink haired, skull t-shirt wearing girl named Alice, and another with short,fluffy Black hair that went to just above her shoulderrs, and sharp eyes named Valentino.
Lilith had stayed silent, watching what unfolded and it seemed to her that thos school ,for sure, had no other British people like her.
All clearly were from diffrent countrus and backgrounds.
She sighed.
It was going to be a long day...
~~An hour later~~
"Ugh! I cant find it!!"
Jay moans annoyed as he looks through drawers and cuboards through out the school.
Everest, a white haired, light green jumper wearing girl, was stood, watching him struggle from a corner, she was a weirdly mysterious one.
"May i help?"
She asks, catching Jays attention as he turns to look at her.
He shrugs.
"Sure"
He mumbles, seeming to be sad that he couldnt find his necklace, which Skrunkles, or Miss Skrunkley, had given to him when he was young, 11 years ago when he was 3 and a half.
They look for a few minutes.
"This?"
Everest says, holding up a necklace from a locked drawer, with a smallish black pearl sat on the end.
Jay turns and smiles.
"Yes! Thank you. Gideon and Alice had stolen it when i was alone on the field outside...How did you find it so fast?"
He asks, as Everest glances around as he spoke.
"Always look where the eye cannot see easily"
She says, sending the poor Genderfluid being into a spiral of questions as he puts the necklace on, the small pearl turning a glorious white colour, shining and glowing slightly.
They smile at each other as they hear Gideon laughing slightly from down the hall.
They peep down the hall, looking down at one of the classrooms...
"Hes done it again!"
Poppy moaps as she glances at Libby, Poppy, a blonde haired, pink loving ukrainian extrovert, Libby, a more darkness loving, black haired russian introvert.
Libby rolls her eyes.
"Lets tell miss skrunkley, she will deal with Gideon as i cant be bothered right now"
She mumbles and Poppy nods, following Libby down the corridor, hand in hand.
"Hey~ what you two up too?"
Val says, peeping their head out of one of the doorwayd, before walking in the two girls way.
"Shift Val, or atleast keep your gob shut"
Libby says with a annoyed tone, as Valentino just smiles,not frowning at all.
"Oohh, but its so fun to see you mad- it amuses me sweety"
Val says, looking at Libby, who disgustedly rolls her eyes, as Poppy stands behind her, sorta just trying to figure out what was going through Vals head right now.
Gideon walks past the two, standing and glancing at Val, who nods to him, before Gideon walks outside and Val looks to the girls again.
"Bye Deary"
Val says, walking away from the girls as they wave, wiggling their fingers around as they do so, sliding into an empty classroom.
"Come on Libby...lets just tell Miss Skrunkley"
Poppy says and Libby nods, the two girls continuing to walk.
