The Kiss

Darwin pov
I walk into school with Gumball thinking about Julius and how I pretended to kiss him that one time. "Darwin Darwin DARWIN!!!" I snap out of my thoughts to see Gumball looking at me. "Are you ok" Gumball said concerned "oh I-I'm fine" I say Gumball looks like he's not buying it but doesn't pry. As we walk into class I sit at my desk and I start thinking again do I have a crush a him no yes no maybe. "Darwin Watterson!" and I look up to see Miss Simian yelling at me "Darwin Watterson detention after school!" Miss Simian said livid. As school ends I remember that I detention after school so I sigh and walk to detention. I enter and see Julius sitting at one of the desks so I decide to sit next to him.

Julius pov
I'm sitting in detention then I hear the door open I look up to see Darwin he looks moody it's adorable. Then he comes over to the desk next to me and I say "Sup moody what you in detention for". "Oh nothing important" he said I smile and I say "nothing he says" he looks at me and rolls his eyes. I stare at him and blush I love when he's angry we make small talk for a while then I look at the time and see that our detention time is over. "We can go home now" I say he looks at the and he said "your right" we walk out of the school and its raining I have my coat but I see Darwin has none. I see him shiver I take my coat off and put it around him he looks up at me and said "won't you be cold" "nah I'll be fine" I say he smiles and leans into me. We walk for a little longer and then I see his house we walk to the door I say bye and walk away but then I hear him say "wait I want to thank you". He runs up to me I bend down to look him in the eye then I feel his lips press onto mine. I was shocked but then I leaned into it we kiss for a few seconds then we part he looks at me with a goofy smile and runs inside his house. I just stare thinking WOW that really happened.
