As I sat on my bed weeping, I noticed a tiny flash of light. As I lifted my head, I saw a small button lying on my my bed stand. I reached my hand out, and picked it up. It was like one of those easy buttons, except it had nothing on it. I turned it to the back, and engraved in the plastic was the word, "Restart" I shrugged and threw on the floor. I crashed back on the bed.
I tried to ignore the creeping feeling of curiosity. Instead I listened to the muffled sounds of my parents shouting from across the hall,"It's your fault that Lily has like this" and "It's you whose the bad parent! You always sit around, playing with your tools!"
However, their heated argument was, somehow, not as interesting as the red button on the floor. I sighed, thinking "Might as well" and got up off the bed. I picked up the button, and stared at it.
It looked as if it was glowing, emitting heat into the room. I shrugged again and put my hand on the button. I hesitated for about a second, and then pushed the button.
Instantly, a huge flash of red light spread across the room, and time started to rewind.
