Amelie was lying on the ground in an abandoned house.
She watched Elena freak out and try to get Rose and Trevor to release her. Yes, just her. She hadn't mentioned Amelie's name in her pleas, not once since she woken up.
She'd woken up over five hours ago.
"Could you stop your incessant whining!" Amelie finally yelled, getting fed up.
"I just want to get out of here! Who the hell is Elijah?"
"Don't worry about him, I can handle him," Amelie told her. "He won't do anything to us... hopefully."
Elena's face turned panicked again. "Hopefully?"
"Yeah, he might want to kill you," Amelie told her nonchalantly.
"What? Why?"
"See, I've lived a long time, you know?" Amelie told her. "Memories, they get jumbled up." She teased.
Elena grew annoyed and groaned, moving towards Rose instead. "Please, release me!"
"I've had enough of your whining girl," Rose told her with a glare. She moved closer to her and tried to compel her. "Sit."
"She's on vervain," Amelie informed Rose.
"Guess you'll have to knock her out again," Trevor told Rose.
Elena's eyes widened. "Please don't, I'll stop talking."
"Oh, I thought you'd never stop," Amelie chipped in sarcastically. "Rose, Trevor, I'm taking my leave now. I do not want to see Elijah."
"Well, he'll want to see you," Rose told Amelie.
Amelie chuckled humourlessly. "And he'd want to know about how you waited until it was dark, when I was at my weakest so you could harm me with glimmerite and then snap my neck before shoving me inside a car boot?"
Rose's eyes widened. "Trevor, why on earth would you do that?" She asked him, her voice rising.
"You said we needed to get Amelie too!"
"You couldn't ask?" Rose shouted back.
Amelie rolled her eyes. "I would not have followed you, Trevor," she told him before turning to Rose. "Rose? Yes. Trevor? A bit too aggressive for my liking."
Elena groaned from where she was, but she didn't make a sound as she didn't want to get slapped unconscious again.
"Anyways, now you see that I can in fact leave," She told Rose. "Goodbye Rose-Marie, I hope it all works out for you."
"No please!" Rose yelled as Amelie was leaving. "Amelie!" Amelie stopped when she heard Rose's cries. She turned to her with a sigh. "You're our last hope besides Elena," Rose continued in a softer tone.
Amelie groaned before sighing. "Fine, but thsi for Rose not you, Trevor." She looked at Elena in her chains and felt a bit bad. "Unchain her," she told Trevor.
Trevor nodded, doing as she said.
"Thank you," Rose told her.
Amelie nodded. Rose deserved more than running for most of her life.

Elsewhere, the girls were arriving at the abandoned house.
"Guys..." Yvette spoke, but it sounded more like a warning. "If you do not want to do this, I will fully understand."
When nobody said anything, Yvette nodded.
"We have your back, Evie," Bonnie told her.
Caroline nodded with a smile. "Remember, we're a girl squad, no member gets left behind."
