Has multiple quarantine rooms to cage in Infected so they can study it for hope of a cure.
There's a waiting room and 5 dorms. I'm roommates with Fluttershy.

Shit, I found Twilight in Stage 1. I was checking on her when I found her sneezing and coughing. Luckily she didn't find me.

I'm back. What I didn't tell you is that I got bitten by Twilight when I confronted her, I have no idea when it will start but I'm leaving for the sake of everypony.

(Switching to Nurse Redheart's POV)
Cherry Blossom just left after confronting Twilight. I have no idea why, it wasn't like she was infected or anything.
Either way I cannot go out and find her, as there are too many infected so she is as good as dead. I must continue my research at the base.

That rat. I'll rip Cherry Blossom's skin off! I wouldn't have hurt anyone, I was staying so I could be cured, but that stupid mare ruined my chance.
I wonder if she's started going through the infection process yet. I bit her in revenge, that excuse of an Earth pony.

I've been tracking the princesses for a few hours. Both of them are infected and at Stage 3.
They have no more magic. No flying ability. I'll put them out of their misery.

Apple Bloom seems better today! Somehow. She was bitten four days ago, wasn't she? But she is unaffected.
Cherry Blossom hasn't returned, though. I suppose that... Makes sense.

My subjects have become wildly aggressive and look like living corpses! I've protected Flurry Heart all I can, but Shining Armor hasn't come back from his trip yet.

I have to find Twilight Sparkle, she could be dangerous in Stage 2, she will still be able to use her magic before progressing to Stage 3.
Also, the princesses had written her a letter days ago before they got infected. They said they were going to the moon for safety instead of helping.
How cruel. No wonder Twilight is so angry.

Update, she's just crying and letting out sad moans of pain. I thought the infected at Stage 3 were completely gone?
Probably a luring tactic...

We've moved to the moon, for our own safety. Princess Luna came too, but she hasn't been seen in hours.
It's the moon, it can't be possible for her to hide that easily.
Then again, she was a bit reluctant about evacuating Earth. Did she go back to that horrid place?The alicorn hears a noise behind her. It sounded like loud clicking mixed with the rustle of the wind.
The sound of the infected.
Not even the Moon was safe.

Some Info before we move on!The Name of the disease is called Nature's Attack. It is a zombie apocalypse, like you'd expect.
However, in real life the zombies would rot if they were truly dead, and they wouldn't have the strength to actually break down any doors if they didn't get severe mutations that somehow made them stronger.
In this AU, someone messed with an ancient magical tree. The magical pollen fell on a pony, and the pollen wasn't safe at all: It turned the pony into... Patient Zero... Of course. That's why it's called Nature's Attack, it came from nature's magic. Magic, but nature all the same.
None of the princesses are really around anymore. Although the infected that attacked Princess Celestia was not- Never mind, spoilers.
The infected often release spores upon being actually killed. Despite the disease being magical, it needs the brain to control its host, and keeps the brain well fed and stops it from rotting. The body of the host doesn't rot, it mutates severely to become stronger and faster. It looks like a corpse, but that's because it is bleeding from the mutations.
Anyways, I hope that helps.
