{Bang Chan} - telling him that you're pregnant

You held onto Chan's hand tightly as you stepped into the restaurant.

Tonight is the first night he's had off in quite some time and you wanted to treat him to a good meal at a place you know he'll love with some of his favorite foods.

But as excited as you're feeling about this date night with him that you're treating him to, you feel a little nervous as well because you have some big news to share with him.

"Hi." You said with a nervous smile as you reached the host. "We have a reservation tonight."

Giving her your last name, he looked at the two of you with a friendly smile.

"Reservation for three."

"Three?" Chan asked before looking at you in confusion. "I thought tonight was just the two of us. Is someone joining us?"

He wrapped his arm around you and kissed your head as you followed behind the host to get to the table.

"No." You said before sending him a little smile and sitting down across from him.

"What's with the reservation for three then? Shouldn't it just be two? Since there's only two of us?" He asked, his eyebrows furrowed.

You couldn't help but chuckle over how cute he looked and you slowly reached across the table to take his warm and soft hand into yours.

"Chan, there is a third person with us already."

He looked at the host who put two glasses of water down in front of you both.

"The host?"

"No." You giggled. "Chan, I'm talking about the baby."

He parted his lips to speak again when his look of confusion changed to a look of surprise.

"The baby? Are you pregnant?"

You nodded your head and he gasped in shock before he covered his mouth with his hands, the news sinking in.

"You're pregnant?" He asked again in disbelief. "Oh, my god. You're pregnant!"

You laughed as he got up and came over to your side to throw his arms around you and squeeze you tight.

"I can't believe we're having a baby!" He grinned as he pulled away from the hug slightly.

His eyes were full of stars and the immense happiness he felt was evident as he gazed at you adoringly.

He gently brushed a lock of hair behind your ear before he stared at your stomach and placed his hand on it.

"Our baby is in here. That's just incredible."

"I was so nervous to tell you. I've been thinking of how to do it for the last couple of days." You told him.

"You were nervous? Why?" He asked, frowning.

"Well, we just engaged a few weeks ago and you and the boys are so crazy busy. I was just a little nervous."

"I don't care about anything else right now other than you and this baby. Everything else can wait." He whispered. "Perhaps we didn't expect this right now but I'm so overjoyed that it did. I can't wait to be a dad and to go on this journey with you, Y/N. It's going to be amazing."

You smiled brightly at him and leaned into his touch as he caressed your cheek.

He leaned in and gave you a couple of kisses before getting up and sitting back down across from you.

"I know things can get pretty busy with the boys sometimes but I promise I'm going to be here every step of the way. I'm not missing anything. I promise you."

"We're so lucky to have you." You whispered and watched him smile from ear to ear before he kissed your hand.

"I love you."

"I love you so much." He smiled as he held your hand tightly. "You and this baby are my everything."
