Prologue

A few hundred years ago, different kingdoms and their rulers were still present. One of the kingdoms happened to be in the country Omatikaya. A handsome knight had conquered the heart of Princess Neytiri of the Omatikaya. The two of them got married when Neytiri was just 17 years old. After Neytiri's sister Sylwanin had died of a terrible plague, it was her turn to be future queen of a whole country.
So, when she met Sir Jake from the further mountain pass of Omatikaya, Neytiri took her role as ruler of a whole kingdom.
Nine months later, Prince Neteyam joined the world and was put in line of the throne. His destiny would be becoming future king and he'd be being prepared for that from his first few seconds in the world.

Prince Neteyam started to grow up well. When he was just half a year old, a new family member joined the little royal family. Neytiri's old maid Grace was more than just a maid to her. She basically raised Neytiri when King Eytukan and Princess Sylwanin had died. She helped Neytiri's mother a lot but one day, Grace accidentally got pregnant. Neytiri and her mother made sure to hide that from their folks and everyone outside the castle. During childbirth, Grace had died and the castle took care of the baby. Little Atokirina would be raised by Jake and Neytiri but to outsiders and to keep the image up, she would just be part of the maids.

Two years later, another baby boy made his way into the royal family- Lo'ak. From the very beginning he stood in the shadows of his older brother prince Neteyam. Therefore, he was a little rebel and kept his parents and maids busy.

When the boys and Atokirina grew up and a couple of years had passed, Neytitri had almost died during the birth of her third child Tuktirey. Luckily, both made it and until six years later, everything was fine.

Countries to the the border of Omatikaya had declared war and Jake and Neytiri's kingdom and family were in danger. Also, Neteyam and his duties of becoming king kinda grew over his head. Now that he was almost considered an adult, he needed to find a princess. The twist was, that he wasn't remotely interested in any of them but thanks to his father's hard decision, he would soon find a certain someone.
